It wasn’t terrible, but it wasn’t the best Waffle House experience I’ve ever had either. When I walked in, I tried to find somewhere to sit, but almost every table had plates and half-eaten food on them. The staff didn’t look all that busy, so I don’t know why they didn’t just clean them off really quickly. As for the food, the grilled cheese was excellent, but the waffles weren’t. When I got them, they were kind of lukewarm, and didn’t taste all that great.
I will say though that the waitress was a sweetheart, and did an awesome job.
All-in-all, it wasn’t terrible per se, but it didn’t “hit the spot” like Waffle House usually does.

This is completely unacceptable. No reasonable individual would serve a sandwich this burnt, especially when the order explicitly requested it to be lightly toasted. Furthermore, the inability to report this issue via phone due to the mandatory online ordering system is highly inconvenient.

I recently visited this location to pick up a mobile order, and unfortunately the customer service experience was not pleasant. I did not catch the employee’s name, but she had a rose tattoo on her neck and puzzle piece tattoos on her left arm.
While waiting, I witnessed her being unprofessional toward another customer who received the wrong waffle. Instead of resolving the issue respectfully, she spoke loudly about the customer to coworkers, rolled her eyes, and appeared visibly annoyed.
When it was my turn, she asked if I had called my order in. I explained that I placed it online, and she responded, “Yeah, that’s what I meant,” while rolling her eyes. However, her tone and response felt dismissive and unprofessional, especially since what she said and what she meant were not the same.
The food itself was fine, but the attitude and lack of professionalism left a negative impression. No customer should feel uncomfortable or disrespected while placing or picking up an order. I hope this feedback helps improve future customer interactions.

I get my hash brown scattered. Yes. Mothered covered and my daughter likes to get the kids meal. And it’s really nice to eat here because the ambient. She’s great, I’ll be honest with grace, and I’ve never had the problem. They say people get in flights here all the time, but I’ve never seen a fight here. The whole time I’ve been coming here. So I don’t know what that’s all about. But me and my husband and my daughter love it. And we will continue to come here for years to come and it’s such a wonderful location..

Let’s face it we all go to waffle House because we want some good old fashioned breakfast. Just think about it the people live in today that are 100 plus years old ate this way in the mornings, and at lunch, and at dinner. I enjoyed every moment of being there. He got real people and a real atmosphere. And if you talk to the waitresses and waiters you’ll find some real people. I don’t work there but if I did this would be how I explained it. Nice place.

We went in about 4:30 on Saturday morning to hear the cook cursing about being there. We sat down and waited a while and finally a server named Amanda came out rude as ever. What u want to drink!!! We asked for her to clean off a table her response was that it was not her section and she would get to it when ever she could. She proceeded to tell the other server that she wouldn’t wait on his table and also told us to leave. Customer service is everything and with out customers you don’t have a pay check. We went to the one in Lugoff and received exceptional services

Kayla was a very kind and helpful server and she and the cook made our food just right. (I asked for extra extra dry scrambled eggs)
The store was clean and we will come again.
Oh and btw, it was 1:00am and there were 3 groups of other customers there as well.
