Came here last night. Our waiter was was very rude. Seem standoff-ish very nonchalant it was empty right before the bar let out…before the rush. Idk what the problem was other then be being Black. and he ignored me when I gave him my order. Seems like he don’t like black people.
We asked for a to go box. Packs majority of my lady meal. We forgot the food and went right back to get it. The Boy trashed our meal. If someone want a Togo box why throw the food out. That was extremely dumb. Wasn’t gone more than 3mins and he said sorry I had to clear the table. Half a whole meal gone. Money wasted and time wasted.
The worker is a white dude. Long hair. Seem slow.
Had to repeat my order many times cuz he wouldn’t write my order.

Christmas morning breakfast was a bust. My husband and I ordered the all star breakfast. I wanted scrambled eggs, grits, bacon and he ordered eggs with cheese and grits and bacon. My meal came with hash browns which I didn’t order. So it was taken back and I was given my husbands plate with hash browns he didn’t order. So both plates were taken back. I received a plate with cheesy eggs which my husband had ordered and I was like forget it, just keep the eggs. Once I bit into a raw piece of bacon in my eggs,I was done. Both our bacon were out extra late and cold because it was forgot about.

I highly recommend this location. The establishment was super clean. Service and staff was friendly. Food was cooked to perfection. The Philly cheesesteak omelette had (no grease) the hashbrowns were cooked perfectly nice and crispy with no raw potatoes. The grits (were not) a buttery soup. They (were not) hard and clumpy. They were perfect! At this time, Michael was the cook. Everything on the plate was made perfect. I will definitely return in the future.

Stopped by the Waffle House on Legion Road in Fayetteville, NC and ordered the All-Star breakfast with a pecan waffle. Everything came out hot and fresh, just how you expect from Waffle House. The pecan waffle was cooked right and had a good amount of pecans, and the rest of the All-Star hit the spot. My wife also ordered an All-Star meal and enjoyed hers as well. Tori did great…she was friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was right. Service was quick, and it was a good overall breakfast experience.

Breakfast was great. Our waitress was incredible. She was very polite, helpful, patient and punctual.
We did not catch her name but she helped to make our experience WELL worth it.

Alex is a great guy who served us amazing. he was great at conversation and kept me and the people i was with entertained! Shirley was also great! she is so pretty and sweet. very well respected and great to talk too!! Let’s not forget about the cook Evan! Best eggs ever , he was quiet but still respectful and such a great vibe! all these workers were great and i would definitely recommend coming when they are working (lowkey deserve a raise) 10/10 would recommend

This location has taken a dramatic downwards turn. I used to love coming here but now it’s just plain ghetto. I’ve been here for 20 mins and all tables are filthy still. SMH get it together people. Wish I could give zero stars.. 5/9/23..little update, nothing has changed! Food is garbage, service is garbage and it’s ALWAYS DIRTY!! Such a shame too because this was my FAVORITE WH too too too..

Unfortunately, my first time at this new location was a true disappointment. I walked in to see that the sanitation score wasn’t visibly posted (I didn’t see it anywhere and I always look at those when I eat at any Waffle House). The table I chose appeared clean from a distance, but it was not and the menus had food stuck on so I placed them off the table and didn’t even use them. I was there with my 2 children (age 3 and 7). I only went for waffles, I ordered a double waffle (saves $1 vs. Getting 2) and a extra waffle for myself. It had been such a long time since I’ve ate at waffle house so I felt like tonight would be a treat, but I was tricked! I couldn’t flag my waitress down after she only brought part of our order. I was in need of an extra plate, refill on my drink and once my waffle was delivered (by someone else) and I finally got to eat, when my kids were halfway done with their waffles, I take a huge bite and realized MY WAFFLE ISN’T FULLY COOKED!!! I literally ate batter. Once another waitress saw the distressed look in my face she asked me if I needed anything. I mentioned I needed a new waffle as this one isn’t completely done and showing her what it looked like. I think her assumption was that it simply wasn’t cooked to my standards, but it was far worse than that, I’m just not the type of woman who puts up a big fuss as I like to give people the opportunity to make it (above) right. The waffle I received as a replacement was fine, it wasn’t hard or uncooked, it was soft, but I still had the taste of the uncooked waffle in my mouth that the texture of the new waffle just made me feel sick of eating anymore. Ofcourse, since my kids finished eating way before me as we didn’t get our meals at the same time, they are now looking to eat from my plate (even though we all had the same portion). That’s kids for you, lol. I obliged since I wasn’t in the mood to complete the meal. I gave exact change, no tip as I wasn’t sure who the tip would go to as 3 people came to help with each issue, but no one really cared as I had to flag people down for help. Someone else did ask me how I was doing. Not sure if that was a manager or what but she didn’t speak to me until I had already gotten up to pay, so I didn’t feel like expressing my concern and getting a “Sorry, to hear that…glad we got ya sorted out. Take care!” I didn’t feel like that team of people would be capable of showing compassion and discounting my bill. It would’ve just made me feel worse if I even expressed myself beyond stating my issue as I already did. Now my tummy hurts and idk if its in my head of if its truly because I ate waffle dough. Needless to say, I won’t be back to that location on Legion Rd. I will not let this incident speak for all waffle houses as I am smarter than that but this waffle house has poorly trained staff. It may get customers due to its location, but it will not keep the same customers. I’m from here and everybody knows which waffle house locations are best (Hope Mills Rd.) and which are worse (Raeford rd. On the corner of Skibo). IJS.
