Milkster nitrogen creamery is tucked in the coffee shop. Cool experience to watch the ice cream made by the barista and the nitrogen. Glad we experienced it at least once, but not something I’d necessarily do again.

Coffee at least has caffeine in it. Employee’s we’re rude because of a misunderstanding they had. Very slow with only one car ahead of me and no one in their parking lot. It took 15 minutes of waiting for 1 coffee. Won’t be returning here when im in a pinch again.

I was on the fence as to go to $t@rbucks or BIGGBY this morning. I decided to go to BIGGBY. I stepped in and there were several special needs people inside. They were enjoying their treat and each other’s company.
I just sat back and watched them interact with each other. When the owner, Tom, and his wife, Anna, came into the facility, all of the group greeted them joyously.! they knew them by name. Anna stayed and talked with the group of people for quite some time. You could tell that she thoroughly enjoyed having them there.
My sister lives out of town and has special needs. She is looking to move up here eventually, especially now that our father passed away. My mother will be coming to help my sister. Find a home for my sister. I will definitely be bringing her to this Biggby.
It was so refreshing to see a restaurant. Welcome them with such open arms. I cannot wait to bring my sister here to meet others and to feel like she belongs.

It’s always something new with Biggby. And it goes off who’s working that one day the coffee is good the next time you go the coffee is burnt, Also, some of their workers are great others are very rude almost entitled and try to tell you how your coffee should be. One day, you can order over the phone for pick up the next day you call talk to a different person then you can’t there’s absolutely no consistency in it honestly sucks. It used to be one of my favorite coffee places now I dread going there because I never know the outcome. Everyone is always on a different pages there. It would be nice if they could all get on the same page for the customers.

All I taste from this was milk and water. I kept having to clear my throat every time I took a sip. I had no idea until my sister mentioned to me that there was coffee grains on the bottom of my drink!!!!
