Great! The food was good. I like that the food came out as it was ready and not to wait on every peice of the order. We started with our waffles first, then the other parts of our order came which was perfect! Everything stayed hot and fresh. I think it was a Saturday. Service was great. It was alot of staff working and they were all doing something. Cleaning, serving, etc. With a smile and talking to one another like they loved their job. I like to see that. I wish I remembered my waitress name, but she was great. I interacted with other staff and everyone was great. Bathroom was clean. Probably the best Waffle House I have been to. The attitude of the staff really makes a different. They were busy but didn’t act too busy to check on you or just look your way to make sure you weren’t looking for them and other staff spoke and checked too. I just hope all companies take a page from their book or what I just said.

This was a very disappointing visit here. There was only one other person eating here when I came in. A couple of people came in yo pick up orders, and they were not ready, and when they gave the order to the customer and they were wrong. I got part of my order, but the waffles came out just before I had finished eating. The waffles were undercooked and were terrible. This will be the only time I will ever eat here. It’s no wonder that you ride by at 630 at night, and they are not busy. One of the speakers sounded like it was busted, and it was so annoying having to listen to that. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

2/3/26, 12:57pm Non-Busy timeframe, yet beyond rude, Heavy Set, African American Female Manager, Brianca refuses to allow booth or table top seating for one, as in the past, this has not been an issue especially when there are more than five empty booths. On this go round, advised waiting for son to come from the YMCA & she said he has to be present for a booth seat or even a table top seat. On seldom few occasions, I would arrive before him, have his &/or my husband’s food already ordered and the process worked seamlessly. We also typically tip beyond 25% of our checks, whether there’s one or my family of four. Truly her loss as upon his arrival, we opted to sit in Ms. Bobbi’s section & be a blessing. If this is the type of Leadership, Waffle House continuously employs due to longevity, it may be time to rethink the practice. She even calls orders with an attitude and is often times lethargic. 1:27pm, my son goes to pay for our check. No greeting etc. He was like Mom, if I behaved like that, I would be grounded. I told him, unfortunately in today’s society, manners are a rarity and sadly so in adulthood, personalities cannot be taught.
8/11/24, 12:37pm Co-Hostess, SAM bias towards customers patiently waiting on the list for seating, skipped over her co-worker Angela and seated folk she personally knew to a booth although they had no preferences and were fine with the low top seating they were initially headed to. Grilled Chicken is rubbery at this location. Hopefully soon they will be able to cook the grilled chicken without leaving the texture rubbery and uncooked in the middle.
**Sunday, October 20, 2024**, 12:47pm I will be dern. Today, an Amanda, Brunch Host seated 2 Male Acquaintances prior to a party of 2 who were there before them and on the seating wait list. The young lady told her, you didn’t bother to offer those 2 seats when they were readily available as I watched you swish through a guy you recognized at the door entrance…Once the young lady called her out, and declined the other 2, she went and whispered something snarky to her colleague. Do better ADULTS! We are in the year of 2024!

I really don’t see the hype of going to waffle house. First time and it will be my last. The grits was too thick we didn’t like the sausage. We didn’t know toast doesn’t come with a breakfast platter. You have to pay for it separate. No way, is what I thought as i said nevermind. Cost much more than our regular spot. Only stopped cause we was in the area.

Visited 8/24/25 had BLT. Had a mount of lettuce, 1 slice tomato and not even 2 full strips of bacon and it was do burnt it crumbled. Coffee was typical, can be made good with cream n sugar. Had to wipe the table off, apparently they couldn’t do it. Employees walking around without name tags swearing while singing. Smh. Don’t waste your money.

Time was 1:30 PM. Eggs cold, grits cold, forgot the waffle that came with all star, service poor help standing around talking, music too loud, manager was polite, and coffee was good like normal. I have been to this Waffle house at least 10 time and never had a complaint.
