We always try to eat at a Waffle House while in town. Food was good, a little slow on getting all the orders out at the same time, but overall a good visit.

I placed my order online at 9:52am and I arrived around 10:15. I arrived and got in line. There was one person in front of me in line. That man was paying for his check. There was this lady sitting there but she wasn’t in line. The man in front of me is now leaving I’m about to walk up which I was next in line. The Waffle House guy never acknowledged me he looks directly at the lady and begins talking with her. He’s going above and behind to please her yet she was still snobby to him the easy she was directing him to do extra stuff. She made a comment about calling orders in but i made my order on the app. My main issue is being treated any different from the other customers as if I didn’t pay not tip like anyone else. I wish I hadn’t ordered here. The service was poor. Only one gentleman said welcome to Waffle House the guy on the grill, everyone else was silent.

Took over an hour for me and the kids to get waffles and a Texas melt, had to take it to go because I was pressed for time. They didn’t give us any syrup and my melt was disgustingly greasy. Worst Waffle House I’ve ever been to

Not as good as IHOP but quicker and cheaper. This place is best for those looking for a quick bite to eat in a laid back, diner like atmosphere. Not a lot or any “healthy” choices are on the menu, but the food is comforting nonetheless.

Not ordering food anymore fees for everything. I shouldn’t pay for your employees. Fees for servers or to go orders is crazy. Pay your employees or don’t expect customers.
