First time here and for sure will be making the switch from BWW . Service was very good and the server explained how the sauces and heat index works, the owner stopped by as well to check on us and shared a little bit of the background of the restaurant and sauces to us which was awesome! We had the boneless wings (which were a nice size and covered in sauce) along with side salad and seasoned fries.

Will def be back for wings in the future 🙂

Paid extra for saucy wings and got dry. My last two orders lately have been beyond horrible, dry as ever. It was a waste of money. On my previous order website mentioned curbside and I still had to go inside. The pics shows how dry they were.

I moved them over so you can see it’s clearly no sauce even at the bottom.

I enjoyed my visit with my husband. I was impressed by the number of flavors for the chicken wings. Was happy to have a special margarita. The staff very friend and helpfull, that made our experience even better thank you!

This place has an awesome manager. I believe his name is Marquie! He’s the man, if anything goes wrong he goes above and beyond to solve it. His customer service skills are impressive and he makes you feel at home. Good job to East Coast wings for having him as a manager.
Thank you for the professionalism and friendliness!

I’m not so sure where all the bad reviews are coming because everytime my husband and I visit this location, we have a nice dining experience.
We’ve had a few different wait staff, all have been good. We’ve never had to wait for a table and we’ve done lunch and dinner. The food is always served at the right temp and is tasty.

It was our first time at any East Coast Wings and we are disappointed. It was a Tuesday approximately 7:00pm at the Burlington location. It started off with being told the beer special we ordered was on “Recall” not sure what that means in beer terms then some confusion on the menu as the special was Monday + Thursday so we ordered the $.85 wings, our mistake as I thought is was Monday-Thursday not Monday and Thursday my mistake so, we ordered the 10 wings (spiced HOT) with celery. We received an education on the dipping sauce as we could only have one then it changed to two but $.75 if we got more than two, and $.75 charge if we both wanted celery, OK. Celery came in a sandwich bag with no plate approximately 10 minutes we received the wings and we asked again for plates. We began eating and and the plates arrived at the end on wing #2. The food quality was extremely disappointing, wings were not sauced with anything flavored hot and were barely warm and dry. Seemed like they had been previously cooked and warmed under a lamp as we had expected them smoking hot with order only taking 10 minutes. Our bill total was $17 and some change for 10 wings, one soda, and one water. Also someone maybe manager but seemed to be an employee was sitting at the table across from us working on paperwork and did not seem to be at all concerned with customer service. Well, we continue asking if our expectations were to high or this location and ECWs is just NO going forward. Good Luck ECW’s

This was my first time here. I came on a Monday and it was $.85 wings and $2 domestic night. Since u was by myself I got seated immediately.
The Hummin’ bird was yummy. The atmosphere was light and the TVs were plenty.
I was checked in on several times by different employees which was nice.
My fork was brought out and it was individually wrapped.
My waitress was new. She was apologizing for my own decisions she was so sweet and nice. I’d happily have her serve me my next mistake.

I’m here to test the “Best wings in the business” boast.
I tried the boneless wings. Medium buffalo sauce which I used to cool my mouth from the spiked honey barbecue with a hint of whiskey. There was enough left in my mouth to remind me it was hot. The nose hilariously started running 45 seconds after.
Admittedly I’m a spice weeny. But I powered through it because momma didn’t raise no quitter.
These are very good boneless wings.

Stopped in while a major storm was expected – one of the “no milk, no bread, no batteries, no propane, no generators left for sale” type storms. The restaurant was short staffed – kudos to those who were working – they were hustling! The young lady tending bar acted as our server, and she was PHENOMANAL!! Never missed a beat! Food (we had bone-in wings) was wonderful as always – plump and juicy!

Great food and service. I was skeptical due to the bad reviews, but we had a good experience. We went on a Saturday around 1230pm. We were not disappointed!

I stopped by here at 2:30pm on a Sunday afternoon in a party of 4. We were sat promptly. A waitress came over about a minute after we were seated. She, unfortunately, didn’t introduce herself, which is a pet peeve of mine.

We placed drink orders, mostly water. The food order was placed at 2:42pm. I got the cowboy burger and fries. My son got grilled cheese and fries. The other parties got a cheeseburger kids meal and some wings.

Around 2:50pm, I got some sweet tea. It was disgusting!!! Horrible going down and even worse after taste!!!! I got a lemonade instead. It wasn’t very sweet but it was a hell of a lot better than the tea!

The food came at 3:09pm. The fries were a decent temperature. I wish there were a little more seasoning on them though. My burger could’ve been hotter, but It was tasty tho! Very thick with two large onion rings!

I got bbq sauce to dip my fries and burger in, which was tasty. Everyone seemed to enjoy their food. I know my son did for sure, lol.

Overall, not a bad experience. I hadn’t been to an East Coast Wings in a while. If anything, DO NOT get the sweet tea, lol.
