First time at this Waffle House location, I’m from Massachusetts. I was greeted as soon as I walked in and I sat down at the counter. Cook started me off with my drink while the waitress assisted another customer quickly. My waitress, Chito, was friendly and took my order quickly. While I ate my meal, I had 2 more join me for breakfast and Chito took their orders without wasting any time. When she had a moment she spoke to us and provided insights to questions about local points of interest which enhanced my time dining. I couldn’t have asked for a better Waffle House experience, thank you Chito!

Waffle House never disappoints! Every location I’ve been to keeps the same great standards — friendly staff, quick service, and a welcoming atmosphere. This particular Waffle House stands out with its top-notch customer service and genuine hospitality. Even when something is unavailable, the staff is always understanding and apologetic, which shows they truly care about their customers.
The food is affordable, freshly cooked, and surprisingly wholesome — not overly greasy like typical fast food. They offer great variety too, from steaks and pork chops to their classic waffles and breakfast plates. I especially recommend the chili; it’s absolutely delicious!
Overall, this Waffle House is my go-to spot for a satisfying meal any time of day. Consistent quality, great service, and unbeatable value — highly recommend!

It’s a Waffle House, and at first the girl had attitude, but later back down. I was trying to be nice and touched her arm where she looked at me and said “please don’t touch me”, yet she was able to call me hun, my wife love, at all other people, dear, etc. by pet names.
Anyhow it was only a one-time visit for me and doubtful that when I go back to this area that I will stop at this particular waffle House. There’s plenty of other places that I can go to without the confusing attitude.

If you have an issue, there’s no way to contact the store. Some Asian call center. I just ordered a $60 breakfast. Right after, i tried calling the store to let them know I got no syrup amongst other thing. The call center said they would note it on the order. Think it was a good outcome? They forgot syrup for 3 orders of waffles and a highly over priced $4 large coke was. Missing. The call cater was only authorized to refund 15% of missing. The waffles were too dry to eat alone. No drink and not being able to eat 3 waffles, I got $5 refund, no apology after spending $60. Here’s our world. Call center from across the world expected to understand and properly make right valid concerns

A wonderfully friendly and attentive server Ashley and a skilled cook on the grill make this a nice memorable late night snack midway drive from NYC to FLA, via I95, by ways of Fayetteville NC.

Ordered a swath through their posted (placemat menu) as well as their ‘Secret?’ Staff pricing menu (ask for it). The latter where you’ll find how extensive their actual offerings are, beyond the highly curated, customer facing daily menu.
Food came fast and confirmed what I already knew from past visits.
Texas toast, shaved cheesesteak griller. Buttery hot crispy and gone in a few glorious bites. Hits all of the requisite spots. Yum!
Cup of chili. Excellent and better than any canned version.
Cheese grits. As always if you love grits here ya go. For me I can do without. A bit dry but I added butter. Cheese by ways of a processed slice laid atop as it should be at WH.
Pork chops. Really just a low grade thin chop, quick grilled with salt and pepper. That’s exactly what it taste like. Comforting with the grits but far from being tasty.
T-bone steak. A really tough, low grade cut prepared same as porkchop. Not recommended.
The bill was under $30 all-in. Really? Can WH make any profit? Not likely.

Excellent care from a young thin guy who was a very excellent server…. And the food was outstanding! Great choice for lunch!! Both of us are stuffed and for $24 you can’t beat that!!!! And when we walked in the country music had me about to cry but my daughter figured out how to make the jukebox play something that didn’t set my brain on fire

One of the best Waffle House experiences we’ve had. The food was prepared perfectly to our specifications and came out quickly. Our server Ashley was great. She was extremely hospitable, friendly and attentive. She was prompt and checked in with us frequently to make sure we were ok. It was clear in how she communicated with other guests that she really wants to make sure everyone is taken care of well. This was a welcome pit stop during our road trip.

This is probably my first time ever giving a Waffle House 5 stars. The experience was just incredible. The hostess and the chef both made my daughter feel very special. They let her order her own food, cooked it how she wanted and made her a special blueberry waffle. Just great service. Wonderful people working the late shift. Weary travelers with hungry toddlers, this is the place for you.
