Family style dinning, friendly and welcoming. It’s like going for breakfast at a place that knows your name.

Food was good, I had tenderloin steak tips and a roll with vegetable soup and an Arnold Palmer. Server was okay until he “shushed me” when I asked a question about “do I pay him or at the front counter where there was a register.

Might just be luck of the draw, but omlet came out luke warm and cheese not melted. Sandwich similar.

Mom & Pop diner that has been around since 1952! Meat loaf was good but a little spicy for me. Huge serving and nice side salad and good mashed potatoes & gravy. Hubby liked the French dip but wished it was a larger portion. It did seem a bit small as compared to other restaurants’ version of the sandwich. Online description says cash only but they DO take credit cards!

My husband and I moved to Flagstaff over a year ago from the south and this is the first place we ate that really felt like home again. Great food, great atmosphere, and reminds me of well-loved southern cooking. Highly recommend!

Burger and Pie, so good! I stopped in here after a long day of hiking for my YouTube channel “Beyond the Pavement” . I got the chocolate pie ala mode and the original burger. Friendly service really good food

The service was nice. Food wasn’t all that. We ordered a couple of burgers. The burgers were lacking in seasoning. My partner ordered some tacos which were alright-ish. We also ordered an appetizer of chips and salsa, I don’t recommend. Salsa tasted like the cheapest salsa you buy at the market. And they literally gave use a handful of burnt chips. I counted- it was 12 chips and they were this color.

Ordered a sandwich with fries and a salad… we have to be honest that we are quite disappointed about our food. The sandwich was literally a couple slices of Turkey and cheese between bread. The salad had a very small portion of chicken over ice burg lettuce, nothing special at all. We weren’t even given ranch that was supposed to be on the side. For what we paid for it all, we were expecting better quality and portion sizes. Maybe people come here for the pies? We didn’t try those. We took one look at the food and thought that it was the saddest looking sandwich and salad. The servers were very nice though.
