I loved how kind and sweet Jennifer was, making sure our table was clean and getting our food right. She’s just great, and I’ll definitely be back just to see her! Keep her around, waffle house!

As far as the atmosphere it was good people were nice and service was great. Unfortunately I cant say the same about the food. Fried egg overcooked, sasauge was undercooked, toast was hardly even toasted. Got the cinnamon crunch waffle as well and honestly wasn’t impressed. Cinnamon was literally just thown in the middle of the waffle instead of cooked into the waffle.

Celebrating 5 years of going to this amazing Waffle House! One of the few that still are 24 hours!! A true breakfast diner experience. Smiley is awesome and always goes above and beyond to make fresh decaf coffee for me. The scrambled eggs and hash browns and bacon are always delicious. This location has been remodeled and is well taken care of. I always enjoy the food and service! A great location right off the highway and a beautiful view at sunset. Highly recommend for fast and friendly service.

This is a large Waffle House, compared to others I’ve seen. Clean and bright; big parking lot.
Every seat was full, and the staff did a great job caring for all the patrons.

Food was good. Restaurant was clean, and very busy. The team did a fantastic job managing the chaos. Our server, Kambria, was delightful. Thank you all for a pleasant experience!

The way they didn’t even try is the worst part. I order online, because the service at this location is already bad(time wise). But didn’t get the food until 40 minutes after it was supposed to be ready, making it a total wait of 1 hr and 15 minutes which is ridiculous because other people was getting their food, after they order in the store(to-go). After complaining about the time I was waiting for, the rude lady had the audacity of telling me that it was normal for online orders to take longer to be ready ( I guess because they have to land from the moon or something ) this statement spark out rage from other costumers who wore upset on my behalf.
I won’t be coming back and definitely don’t recommend this god awful place wile the food is good the service is not at all.

Stopped in tonight. The waitress was slow to take my order. When she finally did, the coffee was cold. I put my order in, and apparently the cook decided – under his authority – that he wasn’t cooking anything on the grill because he needed to clean it before the end of his shift — or “… he’d get in trouble …”
I have it 10 minutes with my cold coffee, and he hadn’t even started on the grill. Seemed to be trying to cook what orders he could in skillets, and failing horribly.
I just got up & walked out. Figured I’d be better driving to another Waffle House. I realize the trouble management had with labor, but this is ridiculous. They should for that whole shift, and try again. They definitely could not do worse.

We stopped in around 11:00 tonight, and from the moment my girlfriend and I walked in, we felt uncomfortable because staff were staring at us. After we sat down, our server placed dirty silverware directly on the table instead of on a napkin. Because of this, I went to grab plastic utensils. At that point, we were told there would be a 20% fee for using them. I’ve done this before at this same Waffle House and was never charged or told this was a policy.
When our food came out, it was served in to-go containers instead of regular plates. Given the situation, we asked for lids and decided to leave. Overall, the service was extremely poor, and the entire experience was disappointing and uncomfortable.
