Visiting from CA and had to try this staple of the south. Ordered the hash brown bacon bowl and it was delicious, especially for the price. $4 – 13 for a meal is unheard of in San Francisco. You really do feel like you’re in the south with the hospitality provided and the regional accents

We eat at this location several times and it has always been a pleasant experience. This location is very clean and the staff is always friendly, quick with our order, and always checking in to see if we need refills or anything else. Tonight we went in right at shift change, yet they didn’t miss a beat and served us very quickly. We always love chatting with Laura, Alicia and Cassie – they are the best! I wish we had their level of professionalism at every restaurant we go to.

Well it started off rather badly. My eggs weren’t done to my liking the wattress gave me back the same plate I returned by mistake but it got fixed and I ate till I was full. The wattress was so funny. She made me forget the food was messed up and she still got a tip! Maybe cause she was cute but she had us rolling out the booth!

Very unprofessional and disrespectful. Originally planned on paying with a cash tip as always. No greeting at the door I was asked did I place an online order? Waitress i had did her job fine, but it happens i had to sit at bar and was able to see wat other waitresses was doing, she was touching her hair, and when she came around to pick up a waffle for a customer, she touched it with her bare hands to see if it was warm, she did that twice.

Everyone was really chill for the most part but our food and service was so bad we didn’t even tip. Multiple mix ups were had with people’s orders, my boyfriends biscuits and gravy came out cold and with a hair in it. I got the bacon cheeseburger and said I’d want condiments when it came out, our waitress acknowledge this and then just sat my plate down while talking to another waitress about their manager. I tried multiple times to ask for my condiments and drink refills but was ignored until their manager came up and I asked. The food here is usually good but the last two times were horrible. We decided to just pay and leave when we noticed the hair.
