Fresh Sushi Pho is a solid east side option, especially for something casual and convenient. The concept is interesting—sushi and pho under one roof—and while I didn’t try the sushi, the pho was enjoyable in a non-traditional way. The broth and ingredients felt more like a streamlined, ready-to-go style (meat already cooked), landing somewhere between fast-casual and traditional pho. There were vegetarian and tofu options, which is always appreciated. The space was very clean, the service was genuinely friendly, and the hot tea was a nice touch. Not a place I’d rave about, but a pleasant experience and a welcome mom-and-pop spot for the east side.

Stopped in for lunch today and ordered the Pho Bo Vien — absolutely delicious! The broth was rich and flavorful, and the portion was super generous. I even had enough to take some home for later. Great value and great taste. I’ll definitely be coming back!

It’s the perfect place to go when some people want sushi and others want a warm, comforting bowl of pho—everything is done well and feels fresh and authentic. The sushi is flavorful and beautifully prepared, and the pho is rich, aromatic, and incredibly satisfying. What really sets this restaurant apart, though, is the customer service. The staff is welcoming, attentive, and genuinely kind, making you feel appreciated from the moment you walk in. The food was amazing! Pho tasted great, the sushi was phenomenal. Reasonable pricing, great specials. We waited a bit long for our food but it was definitely worth it. We came with a few buddies of ours and would definitely recommend! The area was clean and calming, super beautiful.

This location has been my go to sushi spot for 4 years. Always superb and the staff makes you feel like a guest. This evening though, the food was extraordinary. As in the finest meal ever. Rice was absolutely perfect nut only in flavor, but in texture. Seafood was a ten minutes out of the ocean fresh. Give the chef a nice raise as this was better than California or New York cuisine.

Hands down the best pho in Tucson. My wife grew up eating pho made overnight by her family and she completely agrees. We have tried every other place we could find and last but certainly not least we found it! I would say this is a place you HAVE TO try, even if you arent familiar with vietnamese food. The sushi was even very good too! I cannot recommend them enough.

Fresh Sushi Pho is a delightful gem! I ordered the pho, and my boyfriend tried the ramen. The flavors were outstanding! Although the ramen didn’t come with broth, which was a bit surprising, it was still delicious. The combination pho was a perfect blend of flavors. Our waiter, Allison, was extremely kind and friendly, and the unlimited refills on canned soda were a great bonus. We also ordered the Rollin USA sushi boat, which was truly delicious.
