The breakfast at this location was the best I have had at any waffle house location! The chef got everything cooked to perfection and the service was excellent. They all worked together like a well oiled machine! The place was clean and a 99.5 sanitation grade speaks to their efforts to make this the best waffle house experience you can have! You guys and gals are the best and I will definitely be back!

I placed a mobile pickup order, waited about the estimated time it gave me it would be ready. I went in and said my name for my pickup order, the lady said “i’m bagging it up right now hon” she seemed polite and sweet so i’d figure okay she’ll call me over when it’s ready so I sat in one of the chairs. I was waiting for them to say it’s order since I already went up there to ask for my order and I didn’t want to bug them with “is it ready yet” since I could clearly see they started piling up with customers quickly after. I sat there for about 45-50 minutes! The same lady who told me they were just bagging it up literally looked at me and made eye contact several times and kept seeing me sit there waiting for them to tell me my order was now ready. She never said nothing! I finally went up to ask how long until my order was ready and it was sitting there the whole time but never once did they say it’s ready even though I had gone up there to say my name and came to pick it up since the beginning! Other times i’ve came and if my order is not ready, when it is ready they say “here you go mam” but today I got NOTHING. I get it when they are busy but the fact that they saw me there for soooo long and knew I was there for my order and already said the name for my order, I think is rude especially when I tried to be patient. Maybe next time address the person that already has gone up there to ask for their order, and tell them that their order is now ready. Instead of seeing them just sit there and wait for them to wonder if it’s ready. At least it would free them of one customer less out of the gazillion coming in already, making it more busy. I’m writing this feedback in hopes for this to be addressed and to do better than ignore. Thank you.

This location had improved tremendously. This happened to be my second visit after more than a year ago because my first visit there was terrible. They have totally different staff from what I noticed and it was GREAT. I will be returning.

This place is most ghetto. They are cussing and acting like they raised in the jungle. They are arguing and fighting with customers in here and they messed up my order and I had to drive way across town for them to fix it. They are hovering in back room just talking and doing nothing. I was only greeted by the manager. The guy who came in seemed cool but the manager started cussing at employees and employees were talking junk and just filthy made you not want to eat der. Look at the dang grill. Yuck!! Then u cannot call them which shows even more they care less about the customer. U can even call McDonald’s about complaints or order issues. So u have to go there and wait on your food to be re made. I don’t see waffle house being in business much longer. I may call dept of health based on how dirty the grill is. Look at pics

Customer service was fine. Only complaint about my food was my grits were lukewarm, some parts refrigerator cold with huge lumps in them. I’ve never had cold grits. The rest of the food was delicious. Oh we ordered sausage and bacon, but it arrived after we finished a great portion of our meal.
