This location is absolutely horrible. I ordered a DOUBLE-wrapped burrito specifically to keep it from falling apart, yet it was wrapped so poorly and was so soggy that it completely fell apart before I could even take two bites. I had no choice but to put it into a bowl.
I paid $47, including extra meat, and received a small, skimpy portion that was nowhere near worth the price. The cheese was cold and not even melted, and the chips were stale.
This was a complete waste of money. The food quality, preparation, and portion size were unacceptable, and this experience was extremely disappointing.

I had to take a moment to shout out KC at Chipotle hands down one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had in a long time! From the moment I walked in, KC greeted me with a warm smile and genuine energy that instantly made the atmosphere feel welcoming.
Not only did they make my order exactly how I wanted it (with patience and precision, even when I was being a little picky ), but they also kept the line moving smoothly without making anyone feel rushed. You can tell KC takes real pride in what they do friendly, efficient, and just all-around awesome.
The food was fresh, the service was top-tier, and KC’s personality brought it all together. If every Chipotle had a KC, I’d eat there every day.

Food is okay. Service, young people should learn how to be more friendly/smile and be nicer to customers. Service pace is too, too fast, I think I got anxiety just trying to order 5 items, going back and forth with the 2 servers, it was too frustrating and top it off with the servers lack of Friendliness made it worse. Cashiers are just standing to charge but still no smile, making the customer uncomfortable, maybe young kids don’t care about GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE, we adults do.

I order a steak burrito and it looked like like a bean soup burrito.. watery almost no steak and to make matters worse. It was cold n soggy. Also my bf ordered chips n salsa and was missing. Absolutely no TLC in the preparation of food.

I’ve eaten here several times, usually order the sofritas . This time, I ordered a chicken bowl. It was nasty, all the chicken was grissley, chewy, and stringy. This stuff is expensive for them to be serving nasty quality food. My dinner was ruined. I took a picture that clearly shows the poor quality of chicken they serve, but don’t see how to upload it. Will not be eating Chipotle for a while

Solid chipotle location. They are a good example of what one could expect ideal chipotle restaurant to be like. The dining area is the only area that is lacking.
They offer online/app ordering, and pickup. This place operates like a well oiled machine. The staff is friendly, and seem to all get along well. This location gets a LOT of traffic. The staff is very fast. The line was not bad at all.

What’s with this Chipotle obsession among normies? Since when did such bland food become so popular? Chipotle is overpriced, bland, and most of their ingredients they claim “organic” or “natural” aren’t certified. Also, how is a 1000+ calorie burrito healthy? I heard that Kylie Jenner says she loves Chipotle. Well, basic loves basic. The bros standing in the long line talking about their “gains” seem to like Chipotle a lot. Go to a small restaurant or food truck for much better food at a much better price instead. Two stars for the cleanliness.

This location just opened and staff is already on lunch to start it off. However, what really disgusted me was how one of the female employees did not change her gloves after wiping the counter then put that same glove in the cheese then gave a nasty attitude when I said something about it.
