We’ve been going here for years you know once every two weeks at least and the staff is awesome. So today we go in no one greeted us we had to ask them to wipe a table off then we sat there for 20 minutes no one got our drinks no one assisted us whatsoever. No one said nothing to us. The girl that was washing silverware we asked her if she’d wipe the table off she continued washing silverware after she said yes The boy with the short blue hair did not say anything to us and he was the server. It looks like completely new staff. We have to go across the restaurant just to get someone to come over and wipe the table off and she was a real nice blonde headed lady. We walked out nobody said nothing to us. I hope this review gets to someone that can figure this out

I would like to report a very disappointing experience at your Waffle House location.
My sister went to purchase two plates of food (since I have been a customer for years and have two favorite dishes there). When she ordered, the cashier charged her for only one plate but my sister gave her $40.

Unfortunately, the cashier refused to give her the change or a receipt. When my sister asked for either the change or the receipt, the cashier still refused and did not provide the food (2plate) or the $40 back.

It is disappointing to see someone taking advantage of a customer, especially because my sister does not speak English fluently, which I believe led the cashier to underestimate her and act dishonestly.

This experience was unacceptable and reflects very poor service. I hope you will address this situation promptly to ensure it does not happen to other customers.

The best Waffle House in the Piedmont Triad. I have visited this location numerous times and without fail, they have the best staff and service by far. It is always clean and efficient. The loaded hashbrowns with a side of bacon is my favorite. Great smash burgers available as well. Consistent service keeps me coming back!

This our go to location since it is close to home. Previously a server forgot a part of our order (waffle) after reminding her she told it she will bring it soon. While waiting she kept saying it will be up soon. After 20 minutes I received a call and had to leave all while still being told it will be up soon. Waffles don’t take 10 minutes. But I digress. Today around 930 we pull up and it is busy and we waited in our car until a booth cleared. It’s the same server but I’m hoping for a better experience. I order my usual cheesesteak omelette order. What arrived was over cooked/burnt bits of cheesesteak and burned onions and jalapeños wrapped in a square of egg with a single slice of cheese on top. I told them that was not my order and was told that because the “fluffy egg maker” was broken that’s how they are for now. The blender being broken wasn’t the issue, the issue was everything was burnt and without the correct amount and preparation of the ingredients. I rarely cause a fuss when I’m out to eat because I have worked in restaurants both front and back of the house. I tried to eat it but just burnt food from the grill and the burnt ingredients in the “omelette” were just inedible.

My son and I just flew in from a 7-hour flight from California and we were super hungry so I decided to stop at the Waffle House and I am so glad I did I made that decision. The food was Sooo DELICIOUS, the staff was AMAZING and Friendly, and the establishment was very clean I highly recommend this Waffle House location because of their Wonderful customer service and great food.

I’m not going to give the whole a store a negative rating based off 1 person.

We got there at 10:30 and it was fairly busy which is normal for breakfast. After we get to sit down the server seemed annoyed because there were 2 guys that were ALREADY sitting down who I guess wanted the booth that we went to so they couldn’t sit there. After she took our order there was a 15 min gap before she did finally call our order out. When she brought our food to us, instead of saying “is there anything else I can get you” she just said “is that all your food”. Which we had to remind her about the gravy for my fiances hashbrowns. We were never checked in on once. When she dropped off the check the only thing she said was no rush then took off which didn’t give me a chance to ask for a refill on my drink which has been nothing but ice since she brought our food. When I was going over the check, she put that our total was $10 more than what it was actually supposed to be. I gave up waiting on her to ask if we needed anything so I went to the counter to pay. I told the guy that was at the register that the total on the check was incorrect and he fixed it as well as getting me a to go drink. He was very polite and I hate that I didn’t get his name. While I was paying she was at the dishwasher and asked how our breakfast was. I said “it could have been better but it is what it is”. I wasn’t going to do this review or say anything at all because I get it, everyone has bad days. What ended up provoking me to posting this review was when she thought as we were walking out the door she saying “I don’t like those type of people”. I guess she wasn’t expecting us to hear her but my fiance (who never really says anything at all) snapped back at her and said “well we don’t like your service” and the only thing she had in response was “that’s ok”. Gabby has one of the worst attitudes, service skills, and customer service skills I’ve ever seen. Idc where you go, if you’re spending money somewhere, you deserve what you pay for. You deserve respect and Gabby just doesn’t care. At all! I worked for Waffle House back in the day for 4 years. It’s not hard at all to just ask how your table is or if they need anything. Then when being told that something could be better, the correct response isn’t talk trash about your table to other employees and customers thinking they can’t hear you. If you live off tips, then work for them.

My husband ordered my food and after the receipt we see we were charged $3.20 just to order the food to go and to go order fee as well as a service charge smh. So you get charged to order your food out, I wouldnt be surprised if there is a sitting fee too lol. I will not be ordering anything from here again! over $6 just to order it to go
