So long time I want to visit and review the Waffle House again same taste nothing different , sausages are not soft looks ready to go fried . Egg was good .. too much butter on bread hashbrown was oily . Over all it’s an average food I have had better food in small restaurants.. I gave her 4 star for service because she fill my water bottle with smile that’s a very good gesture ..

Not the experience you want!
The server took the order on a tissue paper napkin and then never called the order. Waited a long time before asking for my order. The one who took the order left the place and now another assistant asked to take my order. Because of this confusion, it took a long time before I could get the order and against my thoughts, the food provided was worse. I was provided with burnt hashbrowns and burnt onions and no one came back once to ask if I was even fine with the order.
Saw another server just walk in the restaurant and handed the food over to the another customer (didn’t even wash hands). When the other customer asked about it, the ketchup was somewhat thrown at them.

We were taken care of by a wonderful young mother named Laken (spelling?). It was Christmas night and she was working herself crazy trying to make sure all her customers were happy and well taken care of while at the same time watching after her little boy that had to hang out and eat waffles while mommy worked on Christmas. She did the very best she could for us and everyone we saw her taking care of.
We are very poor but still gave her all of the money we had in our pockets that we didn’t owe for the bill.
If you stop at this waffle House and you see that girl working you dig deep and help her out and maybe make it so she can spend Christmas at home with her child instead of working her backside off at the end of management whip for a bunch of customers that don’t seem appreciate the situation….. Or maybe they just don’t want to…

As for the food it’s waffle House. It’s fast it’s affordable and it’s bad for you and you can count on it 24/7. This place didn’t stand out from any other in that respect but we enjoyed our meal and did not have to wait long for it despite how busy the place was.

Your classic short order diner. Stick to the basics waffles, burgers or hash brown based meals. Fast friendly service. Always open. For price, you can come in under $10. I got a hash brown bowl at $10.25. Always open. All things considered they do a great job for what they do.

I have never left a review before for anything, but what we experienced tonight was shocking. My family of five, including a 4-year-old, a 2-year-old and a newborn arrived to this Waffle House around 6pm. It was decently busy, all but two tables were full and the two that weren’t were still dirty from the last patrons. The bar and the lower bar seating were empty. We expected to wait, not a problem for us. When we walked in, none of the three women working acknowledged us. Again, not a problem, we understand a busy night. We assumed they would get to us when they could. So we waited and waited and finally, my husband went to a waitress, who was not waiting on tables or actively getting something for a table, but rather standing near the opening to the back seeming to have a break in the busyness, and asked if we could sit at either of the tables that didn’t have someone sitting in them. The woman responded with a rude, and loud “sure”, gruffly gathered the plates on the table and threw them in to the sink with such force that everyone in the restaurant turned to see. She went back for the cups and did the same thing. I turned to my husband and said, “maybe we shouldn’t be here.” We all walked to the back of the restaurant where the table was, still only partially cleaned off, with the waitress now leaning on something and facing away from us. My husband asked, “ma’am, did I say something wrong?” She didn’t answer and refused to look at us. He asked again, same lack of response. So I gathered our kids and we decided to go elsewhere, which was a bummer because we’re were all, in fact, very hungry.
To put it into words, my husband and I are very mild. The fact that my husband even asked if we could sit down, trying to prompt someone to clean a table to let us sit down, shocked me. If ANY of them had said, hi, we are so busy tonight, it will be upwards of 30 minutes before we can get to you, we would have quietly waited. Because that is simply our nature.
We make this 12-hour road trip often and stopping at Waffle House is such a treat for us at the end of a long day of driving.
I own a small, customer- oriented business. At a minimum all three employees need more training. More than that, the one who was throwing things in the sink because a family asked if we could sit in an unoccupied booth, she wouldn’t be working for me anymore.
I do hope the entire interaction was caught on camera.

DO NOT DO ONLINE ORDERS! Half the food from our online order is missing or incorrect. Order two chocolate chip pancakes and got one plain one no one ordered sausage but we got sausage. Missing a bacon and a biscuit from my All-Star. Missing two grilled chicken sandwiches. Called the store, NO ONE answers. Followed the steps to report the issue for online orders, two weeks later, still haven’t heard back, so we’ll have to do a chargeback since we didn’t get what we ordered and the merchant doesn’t reply.

One of the comforting consistencies of road travel is WAFFLE HOUSE.
ANYTIME…..ANYWHERE….you know the food is basic, delicious, filling and reasonably priced. All served up by friendly and (usually) cheerful staff who do their jobs in the best way possible for their customers…..24/7.

If you don’t normally think of Waffle House for lunch or dinner you might want to give it a try. Food costs less than McDonalds and it’s cooked when you order. No, they don’t have french fries but the hash browns are great. This location is always clean when I stop in and the staff is super friendly and fast.
