Absolutely delicious this morning. I usually read reviews before going to a restaurant. I had seen that recently, there had been a lot of negative reviews saying that the people were rude. Definitely not my experience this morning. I have eaten at a lot of Waffle House’s, and this one today would have to be probably my most memorable. Johnni the server was so pleasant. Not sure what happened on those other visits saying people were rude, but she made my day with her customer service. Will definitely visit again.

We missed the breakfast in the hotel we staying at,so we just decided to have breakfast here, surprisingly the waffles is honestly good, egg was ok,the service is good, the waitress is very attentive and kept refilling our coffee, definitely what I needed. I recommend this place.

Can’t rate the food because I was never served!!! Waited at the counter with my achin back and apparently I was in the wrong place as the cashier told me to move to another section so he could take my order … I was ten feet from where he told me to go … I was spent, I couldn’t go any further! Why couldn’t he take my order from where I was?? I wasn’t bothering anyone where I was. Whatever. Worst service and atmosphere ever.

My visit to this Waffle House was extremely enjoyable through everyone except the shift manager, La Kenya.. Savanah, our server, was not only friendly, but she was also thorough by taking our order then coming õur order, and also serving us our order too. The restaurant was half full and during õur visit the shift manager did absolutely nothing because she told us she couldn’t find her cell phone. As it were, another employee named Phyllis, who was of work, came back to help Savannah with the customers because management (La-Kenya) FAILED to provide any assistance to the employees nor any customer. We, a group of 2), kept asking the manager for coffee and she literally told us it wasn’t her job and that she was the manager – but as we could see, every other employee (Savannah & Phyllis) were terribly busy with in-house and take-out orders, and we couldn’t understand why the manager refused to help us, or the people behind us who literally was only asking for syrup. In the end Savannah was incredible and we did our best to tip her the best we could. I wish you all would make Savannah manager because she was so nice to everyone who walked in, and did a phenomenal job serving, cooking, and waiting on all the customers with poise, graciousness, and a warm-hearted smile. Your management at this location needs to be replaced or re-trained immediately. She was rude to all the customers and treated her employees extremely poorly. Matter of fact when she did relocate her phone – instead of helping customers she proceeded to immediately lean on the counter and carry on a whole conversation on the phone, and refused to help us or anyone else in the restaurant.

This is the worst Waffle House. No since of urgency at all. They don’t even greet you. Better management is needed people are literally walking in circles. Everyone’s back is turned to the people in line trying to pay. They are so angry. I never been to a Waffle House this unorganized. I won’t ever be back here. I’m so upset.

Stopped for breakfast on the way to our honeymoon the day after our wedding. We excitedly told the server that she was the first person to serve us as newlyweds. She congratulated us with two free waffles! It was also our first time ever eating at a waffle house. Food was great and so was the service!
