Wait for my food a little too long 40 minutes. Was my last option to eat to be honest and for sure pay my price. Saw some rats running around and leave. I understand this is a fast food place and i work on restaurant so is not excuse for them to have rats running around.

I told waitress cook got mad and angry and took a piece of cheese cold I melted slapped it on my hashbrownns and rolled his eyes about it and I couldn’t even eat them because of it

I love coming to waffle house in harrisonburg virginia. The employees are amazing. Always have good service. Jenn is one of my favorites. Always friendly with a smile on her face. But my only complaint is the manager James. He is rude mean and is straight nasty to his employees.

Came in on late night after work & the staff was amazing. The food came out pretty and fast (not soaked in grease or burned) That’s a rare thing these days. My server Heather constantly kept me topped off with coffee and when she wasn’t available (cleaning or doing dishes) the cook Danny or the other server Jamie would check on me. I really enjoyed my meal. I hope they continue to give amazing service

Average waffle house. Two cooks were smoking right in front of the entrance and when they were done, went straight to cooking. Kinda gross. The kitchen was a mess. They kept forgetting to add ingredients to orders.

Thanksgiving morning was exceptional!!! The place was packed with happy diners, while the staff of 8 cranked out the goods with speed and cheer! The coffee was perfect, server never let my cup go empty. The food was far better than I expected! I sat at the bar, so I got a front row view of all the action! WH might be my new TG morning tradition!!!

The food was good however my experience here wasn’t the best. Our server acted as if she didn’t even want to take our meal as if we were a hindrance to her. My nephew tried to order both bacon and sausage and she told him he could only choose one; when we just watched someone order the same thing. To make this experience so much worse we had order waffles with our orders (eggs, bacon, grits, etc) and waited 30-45 to find out these waffles were never put in!!!!! She never even apologized for the mishap, just had brought our check and walked away.

I pulled into the parking lot at just before 5am which is before it all starts to get busy and I got to choose the cleanest table against the back. The crew was mostly doing their cleanup routines so it wasn’t more than a minute before my waitress took my order, brought coffee and not four minutes later, my breakfast was served. They’re not that quick at McDonald’s!
My hash brown bowl with ham and eggs and cheese was cooked properly and there was plenty of it. It’s hard not to enjoy this when they do it right.
Another cup of coffee and it was time to go as it was just about to get light on the roads. Other than it being a bit noisy with a crew near the end of their shift with clattering and arguing, this was a decent breakfast.

We were so excited to eat Waffle House after a day on the slopes. The first thing we noticed was there were no cars in the parking lot, as we walked up, we looked at the windows and every single table had not been cleared from the last customer. (Paper plates!!) We walked in, and the 2 employees completely ignored us. We walked right out. The people after us did the same thing. So disappointed!
