My first time in a Waffle House. They offer breakfast, lunch and dinner. My wife had breakfast and me, lunch. The food was really good. The atmosphere was casual and the customer service was great. Deztiny attended to us. She was excellent at her job. She was friendly, polite and made us settle in comfortably. In all, it was a good experience.

Omg my son cut into his waffle and there was a green hair bead in it. I have 3 boys and we do not have any beads in our house so nothing fell out of his hair. This is disgusting!!! When I tried calling the restaurant it just said place orders online. Needless to say the Waffle House in Dover on 13 will never get our business again. Thank God he looked down or he could have swallowed it.

I want to take the time out to say thank you Shea who waiting on me was tremendous and wonderful. Her customer service skills was 100% I would definitely recommend anyone to come here. Initially I made an order at Smryna Waffle house, when I went there and check my phone I made my order 30 min away which was at the Camden location. The customer service at Smryna Waffle house location was very horrible they didn’t even attempt to make my food instead they turn me around and said my order is 30min away. I was so upset. Once I got to Camden Waffle house everyone was so nice. Thank you Shea, Ilka and the rest of the team members I really appreciate your kindness. Thank you for making my day.

This was the worst Waffle House I’ve ever been to! It was NOT clean! I ordered, bacon, a waffle and hash browns with onions, cheese and mushrooms, cooked extra crispy and hard and water! The bottom of my hash browns were not crispy or brown, the mushrooms and onions were definitely not heated at all and the cheese was not even melted. All 4 of the items I ordered were brought out separately at different times. The bacon was completely forgotten, I had to ask the server where my bacon was. Last but not least…she also forgot to bring me the water…I got that AFTER she brought out the bacon! I do not recommend this place.

We were very disappointed. It has been a while since we have been here because our last experience was bad. Sad to say, it has not improved. We both asked for onions and was assured they were there but they were not. The hot sauce was so watered down, it was just colored water and my scrambled eggs were raw! My husband found hairs in his food, and I did not eat mine due to the raw eggs. The server was nice and polite but I am sad to say we will definitely not be returning!

Came here with my boyfriend about a week ago and the service we pretty good the staff was friendly, the food was good, I got what I usually get which is the All Star meal and the waffle was great and perfectly made and the eggs were also just right too.

You should never have high expectations when it comes to Waffle House, I never do, but this spot was so sub-par that I had to make a review. We sat down at a dirty counter spot, had to get our own menus, and we weren’t even acknowledged for 10 mins. When we were actually acknowledged, the server just said they would be with us shortly. After being in there for 30 min, we didn’t even have our drink orders taken, and we decided to leave.

If I’m hungry at 4AM after working a long shift, this place is the best place to stop by for late night food. Damn good omelets, friendly staff, and a security system where a person, not a computer, tells you the lot is being monitored. Which, in this day and age, I’m thankful for.
