An exceptional treat when in Blairsville Georgia. There is a full menu but the breakfast buffet is truly wonderful. They will make eggs and omelets any way you want. The buffet itself is filled with fresh homemade deliciousness. Bacon, both sausage patties and links. Grits and gravy fresh fluffy biscuits, very tasty fried chicken. See the photographs for more delights The lunch and dinner menu and buffet are extraordinary. Cook’s is a family operation and the attention to detail is very visible. These folks take pride in what they are doing.

Went here for lunch with a group of friends when visiting Blairsville. The atmosphere was vibrant and our server was kind. I ordered a grilled lemon-pepper trout with toast, coleslaw and a baked potato. The trout was well seasoned and tender while the baked potato was delicious with any condiment of choice. A great find for our group after our original restaurant of choice had a long wait time and was closing soon.

I liked this restaurant. Not always easy to find at restaurants, I enjoyed their chicken livers. My wife had the chicken salad croissant that was quite large and tasty. Our friend enjoyed a baked potato with all the toppings. There was a buffet available, too. A nice find for lunch on our visit to Blairesville.

Been able to go there since they have a buffet now…… food was great and the chicken breast was huge and juicy. The buffet has whats needed and the food is hot and fresh. And if the buffet is not your thing they still have a menu.

In our 3 visits I have had the fried pork chops, the buffet, and the grilled pork chops. I cut the pork chops with my fork! The breading on the fried was a little spicy for me, but still good. Everything else was also good. My husband enjoyed his meals too.
We also get the desserts that are yummy! We cheat and don’t finish our meals so we have room. That’s what to go boxes are for!
I’m going to try the sirloin steak next time. They have a variety of desserts so that will be a surprise.
We have had good customer service each time, but today was the best. Cassie was our server and we will seek her out again.

Very good food. The service is excellent . I’ve tried almost everything on the menu. Never complained about anything. Today I had the all you can eat buffet… . EVERYTHING WAS GREAT . THE SERVICE IS JUST AWESOME . LOVE THIS PLACE IN BLAIRSVILLE GA!!!!!

We loved our experience here! The buffet is very reasonable priced and includes a drink! We also loved the cups! There is a small thrift type store coming in the door and the even had a flour sack with my families name on it! Super cool!

We stopped by here for dinner. We ordered mozzarella sticks for an appetizer. I had the pork chops while my wife had the chicken fried steak.The service was good but food was very average in my opinion. The pork chops tasted more like ham than chops and were served with no color from the cook. Tasted almost like steamed. Chicken fried steak was good a little heavy with the country gravy. Service was good but with the atmosphere and food probably not a place we would return to.

The staff was great. The hot bar looked really rough. Food was dried out. We came in about 6pm. I got the philly. Bread was toasted nice but the meat did not taste fresh. It had plenty of cheese along with the peppers and onions and the mushrooms they added up on my request. I also got the homemade chips which were well cooked but not seasoned at all. My dad said his pork chop tasted like a hamburger. The fries looked great but needed to be cooked longer. All around the food needed to be seasoned. The salad bar was basic but needed to be tended to. There were only 2 waitresses there so I know it was a struggle to maintain guests along with the salad bar and hot bar. I loved the crushed ice and the sweet tea was good.

So glad we stopped here on our trip!! One of the best burgers and fries I’ve ever had. The country fried steak was yummy!! I love the way they serve the drinks in a huge metal container. We will be back!!
