I absolutely loved my order of chicken and waffles. My waffle was perfectly cooked. The breading on the chicken tenderloin was perfectly seasoned and not salty. The fresh strawberries were sweet and really added to my enjoyment. I appreciate the organic and gluten-free ingredients. It’s definitely a must on my next trip to Waco, TX. Last but not least, the owner was an absolute joy!

Amazing! Literally the best waffle I’ve ever had and because it is gluten free I didn’t feel like I needed a nap afterwards. This went great paired with the Pinewood Americano next door. Shamica, the owner was so kind and welcoming and it’s obvious she has a passion for making others smile through service and her amazing waffle recipes!

This food truck has many positives and the food is definitely one of them. We so appreciate the gluten free nature and how the items are made FRESH and in real time. You can taste that difference. The food is a 10/10 for sure. Our only hiccup was the wait time and availability of items. Magnolia Market on a Saturday is notoriously busy and by 12.15pm there were no kids meals, water, or specialty drinks. Our wait time was over 45 minutes, much longer than the 15 we had been told. Overall they are a small business and luckily their food made up for any other issues and I would still recommend them.

While visiting Magnolia my son wanted to try the Waffle Chic. I’m so glad we did! The lady was so nice, and helpful. Then we got our food the chicken was crispy, not dry, well seasoned and paired with a perfectly cooked waffle served with warm syrup. Classy lady is what he ordered, she has several different options including a spicy one. If you ever get the chance stop by you must try for yourself!

Stopped in Waco on the way through TX and found the Waffle Chic’s food truck. These ladies were so nice and really care about the food they are serving you! I haven’t had chicken and waffles in years due to an allergy. Their food was gluten free and delicious! The chicken tenders were so juicy and flavorful. This was a fabulous experience and these ladies are truly a gift!

We ordered strawberry banana Nutella. Food was good and tasty. They provided two Nutella sachets. But I prefer nutella poured on top. Decoration was a bit off to me. They served our order very quickly.

Just had the “Spicy Mama” and all I can say is DAMN! Perfect blend of crunch, heat, sweet and savory. The portion sizes are perfect as is but add in a second piece of chicken if you dare. It’s that good. The owner is the sweetest most charming lady you could possibly meet and clearly loves her craft. I’m not one to look for gluten free or non-dairy normally but this is “No Compromise” taste. If you’re anywhere near Magnolia in Waco, TX do your tongue a favor and order a delicious meal from Waffle Chic. Makes me want to move to Texas.

They are located within Magnolia market premises and a good place to have your weekend breakfast. They have both meat and non-meat options whichever fits for you. We ordered Straberry Banana Nutella and it was very tasty! Besides they served instantly!
