This is a smaller establishment, gives more of a home feeling. I came in and was greeted and seated immediately.
I was curious on the combination of tacos and waffles. Tried the jackfruit one and the hibiscus drink. The food was served on a beautiful plate and the texture of the waffle was fluffy yet crispy lightly on the edges. The drink was rich but pretty tasty. I personally would of added ice in the future. But customer service was very warm and attentive.

So I ordered a surprise bag from the Too Good To Go app. I agree with the previous review that stated this restaurant treats those orders as second class. I don’t even know what filling I had but it had a good flavor. However, it was only about a tablespoon and had nothing else on it. It was crispy and kept falling out. The waffle itself was also skimpy and crispy around the edges. I guess I’ll have to place an order at the restaurant next time and hopefully I will get something that looks like the photos on their website. The photos I have included are of the taco fresh out of the bag. I hadn’t even eaten any of it yet.

Incredibly tasty food! We had the Montego, Guava BBQ Jackfruit, and Truffle Chik’un. All were delicious but my personal fav was the Montego. Paper did kind of stick to the waffle so it’s a bit difficult to eat on the go (grab plenty of napkins!). A new “delivery system”/packaging would help. Definitely recommend giving these waffle tacos a try!

The Montego Waffle with Cashew Cream was an absolute revelation. The combination of flavors was incredible – a perfect harmony that I won’t soon forget. The mango drink was a refreshing complement to the savory waffle.
What truly impressed me was the owner’s personal touch. Stan took the time to explain the menu and offered recommendations based on my preferences. Stan even highlighted that all their sauces are made in-house, which is a big plus for me.
They also cater to all spice levels! While I can’t handle too much heat, I still appreciate well-seasoned food.
Thankfully, he was able to adjust the spiciness to my liking.
The price point was fair, considering the quality of the ingredients and the generous portion size. Honestly, every bite was worth it. It’s been a long time since I’ve been this impressed with a restaurant.

They’re no on MLK anymore, they have a pop-up until they get their foot truck. The waffle tacos are delicious. I’ve never had anything like it. We tried the Guava BBQ Jackfruit and the Montego jerk BBQ plantains. The former was my favorite! Well done, guys!

Placed an order on uber eats, once food delivered only received 1 of 2 waffles ordered. Plus tacos that were not originally ordered, in the bag. Attempted to get a refund just on the waffle missing but received. .28 & 1.10 in my refund. Food wasn’t good as well.

ATLANTA,GA Review… This exciting new restaurants main attraction dish is a delight to the taste buds. The waffle is completely made from scratch by hand with the freshest ingredients, from a secret recipe. Each one is handcrafted to perfection per order. There are are delectable choices of toppings to satisfy any palate as well. And the customer service is excellent. The owner really cares about his product and the customers complete satisfaction. I highly recommend this establishment.

This place was a God-Send. I was walking along the Beltline one evening starving/wondering what I was going to eat for dinner. Not even five minutes later I see a food truck for Waffle Taco. I immediately stopped, stunned that this was actually vegan food. I placed my order for a Montego and Oyster Mushroom waffle. It was amazing!! One of the best oyster mushroom sandwiches I’ve ever had. I also ordered the tator-tots as my side dish. I would strongly recommend this place to anyone vegan or not. Service was great. I will be back soon!
