Grand opening this weekend. Fish was fresh and the flavors were on point. I had the Brussel sprouts, 6 piece BBQ albacore with both the red and white sauces. Both sauces were great but I absolutely loved the red sauce and the fish was cooked perfectly. The Brussel sprouts cooked perfectly without being over seasoned. I like them a little more on the crispy side, and they were exactly that. I am somewhat of a Brussel sprout connoisseur 😉
I had the Ichi special roll. Melted in my mouth. I can’t wait to go back to try their torched and baked rolls.
Efren was my server and he was kind, knowledgeable and attentive.
Atmosphere was fantastic. I loved the fish lights and the beautiful lighting above the sushi bar.
It was a “little bit” on the pricey side, but I am a firm believer of quality and paying for quality, I had no issues with the final bill for what I received.
The only thing I would like to see change, is they didn’t have any chairs at the sushi bar. I eat sushi alone most of the time and I love sitting at the sushi bar and talking to the Chefs.
A+ in my book!
The menu had a great variety from classic favorites like spicy tuna and salmon avocado to more creative specialty rolls that were bursting with flavor. I especially loved the albacore on fire and taj mahal roll the balance of ingredients was perfect.
The ambiance of the restaurant added to the experience clean, calm, and inviting. Service was friendly and attentive without being intrusive. Whether you’re a sushi enthusiast or a newcomer, this spot is definitely worth a visit
Chicken Karage had little to no chicken, with deep fried breading that was way overcooked and looking scorched.
Sashimi pieces were thin.
Collarbone of Hamachi fish was mainly bone and very little meat.
Chicken Teriyaki in deluxe Bento Box was of the tiniest portion.
Salad that came with bento box was only iceberg lettuce with dressing that was overwhelmingly full of mayo. Ordered a side salad for 7.95 that had 4 pieces of cucumber and half slices of cherry tomatoes. Waiter identified the difference between these salads before I ordered the latter with regret.
OWNERS of this supposed RESTAURANT: Have you done your research? Do you have the right staff who can cook Japanese dishes authentically? YOUR RICE was long grain! NOT SUSHI RICE!! WHY ARE YOU TRYING TO CHARGE RIDICULOUS PRICES for SUBPAR FOOD?
Was hoping this place would be nice, since it is so conveniently located in my neighborhood. WILL NEVER GO BACK.
Would give it zero stars, but the waitstaff was courteous.
Cook’s and front staff yelling back and forth.
Payed 17.95+ taxes for a small roll that fell apart.
Pictures below.
They won’t last long in business.
But it was not ready.
i finally received food with a 50 min delay after i asked 3 times.
I was sitting in the waiting area for the whole time. They didn’t even offered any complimentary beverages for the delay. They didn’t apologized for delay. Nothing.
I wonder how they do business.
I’ll never order for pickup at this place again
Very bad.
Very disappointing.
