So far this is the only Waba location that accepts their own gift card in Oxnard. Staff was laidback, music is definitely louder than my gym’s. Food is good as always but the place smells a bit funky – this won’t deter me to come back though

Everything tasted fresh and delicious. Staff was helpful and friendly. My chicken and steak combo plate was a good portion size and very filling. It included three potstickers and a small green salad. Recommend you give it a try when in the area.

But please cut the chicken in half to make sure it’s cooked properly 10-14 mins would have been good ….
I couldn’t go back to have it replaced because of Rose Ave and the construction going on
I appreciate them offering to remake it and will get my meal replaced .
I have always supported Waba Grill
Even with the pandemic and prices going up

I get cooks can be rushed during these times, but that doesn’t mean they can be careless with food handling. At first I thought this was normal arcadian salad, but I noticed how black and mushy it was after it had a texture like canned spinach. It’s gone bad. The salmon was not the best I’ve had from Waba Grill by a long shot, it was tough and dry. But this is to be expected once in while in the fast food industry. They also didn’t remove the stem of the avocado and the orange tasted as if it had been a couple days since it was cut. For 12 dollars I expect the freshness they advertise, but I didn’t get it here.

I went today and I had Nora helping me out and just the atmosphere alone gives off wonderful vibes. Nora and Letty all had outstanding customer service not even mentioning that the store was super clean and it was fast and easy. Not only did they have wonderful customer service but they also help me out choosing what type of food they recommend for me even though it was my first time. I would 100% come back for the people alone. I recommend this amazing place if you try to come during your lunch hour or just wanna get some dumplings I would recommend it.

I paid $13 for this bowl for it to be filled half way with hardly any steak in it, I was very disappointed always been a waba grill fan and I have always gotten filled bowls and plate but this time I hardly got anything it was mostly rice and the bowl was filled half ways, for this price I could’ve gone to Panda Express and gotten a full plate this is the worst location to go to.

The customer service was great all thanks to employee Nora, she made my visit enjoyable. I also liked how the store was very clean and how they made my food. I definitely recommend if you want a healthy meal and great customer service.

First time ever going to WaBa Grill. At first I was a little confused, but Angela was super helpful and welcoming. She recommended a couple things based on what I was feeling that day. I ended up getting the waba bowl with veggies and it was fantastic. Angela made the entire experience very easy and enjoyable.
