I stopped by the Waba Grill on McKinley after a really long, stressful day and Anna completely turned it around. She was so kind, patient, and welcoming honestly the best customer service I’ve had in a while. She made the whole experience smooth and positive, and you can tell she genuinely cares about customers.
Food was great as always, but Anna’s service is what stood out. Employees like her make a huge difference. I’ll definitely be back!

Paid $10.76 just for them to be EXTREMELY skimpy with the meat. I understand it’s a “rice” bowl but this is pushing it. Not to mention, the cashier, Maria G. was rude too. Probably why I didn’t get any meat. When I asked about it, I was told “they’re making us give the meat that’s on the card” so I ended up paying $5.99 for a bit more meat. This place is NOT recommended if you’re looking to enjoy your meal or your service. Need to pay for some customer service classes for their workers.

We usually have no problems with this WaBa. Tonight was different. I went in to pick up my wife’s online order and upon arriving home it was not what she orders at all. She was just trying to suck it up and eat it, but more than half of it was RAW, including the chicken. The veggies were uncooked, it was inedible. The “manager” was quick to ask me if I could just get another plate when I asked for a refund. We don’t eat after a certain time and it was pointless to go back, especially when the possibility of them getting it right in between flirting with eachother.. Willy the manager was more worried about talking about all these taco places he goes to (I picked up tacos for myself) and trying to run game on the younger female employee
