As I was sitting waiting for my order I looked under the counter and saw such filth. The floor was black with built up dirt and trash under the front counter. Apparently cleaning under the counters where customers can see is too much work. Yuck…will not be going back! Answer to your question…No one contacted me about this issue!

I think location is great. Very friendly staff who work with speed a confidence. I have never had any issues. The bagel sandwich are made with care, not just slopped togeather like I have experienced at other places. Good quality food. I think everyone does a really good job. And I think it is reasonably priced. I will keep coming back!

I like Einstein’s. I like when I walk in they call me by my name. They are personable and efficient. I am a bit sad that the last two times I’ve been in, my order hasn’t been correct. I might give it a break for a bit and then try again to see if anything has improved.

Went again and honestly disappointed. 10$ for terrible quality. The last 3 times I’ve gone either it’s burnt, cross contamination, or just absolutely mushy gross mess. I love Einstein but this location seems to just miss the target everytime.

I am shocked by the staff and the lack of attention to food safety/cleanliness. We’re bagel connoisseurs and look forward to Sundays at Einstein for the family and me. After my most recent experience, seeing the filth and one of the employees with their shoes in the sink, we will not be returning and will take our business elsewhere. Beware!!

Gone there three separate times and all three times our orders have been wrong. Asked for a certain bagel(which is more money) and when we get home, realize it is just a rubber plain bagel. Plenty other places to go that are much better and have way better customer service.

My husband and I ordered 2 different breakfast sandwiches. One sausage, cheese, 2 eggs on a plain bagel and one bacon, cheese and egg on asiago. They messed them up and put them in the wrong bagels. We also order a chocolate chip bagel toasted with cream cheese and its not toasted. This place is a joke.
