Coming here was an amazing experience. I was hesitant to go in after seeing the long line however it moved pretty quickly. Stephanie and Pricilla went above and beyond to help me find the right bowl. We visited Saturday 5/6/23 at 300pm exactly. As we walked in the young Hispanic guy with a beard behind the cash register said welcome to chilis. We didn’t laugh. He then said to us before we ordered ” just to let you know we are out of white rice brown rice and steak and chicken.” We said oh. He said “I’m just joking. We are out of onions and sauce though”I said oh. He said “nah I’m just kidding what can I get for you?” So we walked out. no work ethic, no respect for customers and the blatant disrespect. This kid needs to be terminated. What a joke.

I’m sure this place is under new management. The previous employees were horrible. The restaurant always looked dirty, the food wasn’t prepared correctly, and they wouldn’t wash their hands after handling money. They replaced all employees and everything is just great. Definitely eating here again.

Ordered the spicy Asian salad….it clearly shows i would get edemame and kimchi, cilantro, tomatoes carrots with a spicy sesame dressing and wonton strips…. but that is NOT WHAT I RECEIVED….. I even questioned the guy who gave me my order and he said, yeah the menu on the app is deceiving…… REALLY??
