I’ve had several bad experiences here with the cashier at the drive-thru.
I’ve not put a review here before because I thought she was just having a bad day. But it’s the same girl with a FLIPPIN bad attitude every single time ( I believe her name is Yareli. She had some kinda star sticker on her face ♀️) This last experience I had, she barely opened the drive-through window to take my payment and give me my food and when I asked her a question there was the freakin attitude.
Looking at reviews from others, neither her manager nor corporate cares about they way she treats paying customers. The customers are the reason she’s working there. Seriously though, if you like giving your hard earned money to a business just to get bad service, then this is the place.
The only reason I gave them a 1 star on the food is because I went here for lunch and the brown rice was still hard.
I visited this location this evening on my way to work and ordered food and a small Thai Tea without ICE. My food arrived very quickly, however there seem to be an issue with the drink, after what seemed to be close to 10 minutes later they brought me my drink half filled with a note ( see picture) I did try to clarify why and since I have been to this location previously and often to other locations without a problem I was quite frustrated. I am also Deaf and they did not seem to try to resolve my issue,
Then she said Hello this is a message for Deaf. This is regarding an incident report you have submitted. The incident was reported because of a drink you ordered. I do apologize for the inconvenience of the order. I have an understanding that the note was written out for a better communication with the worker & yourself.
I apologize they didn’t have a better way of explaining , with the Thai tea there is a specific way we are required to do with exact measurements. Unfortunately the measurements are required for an accurate taste. With or without ice all drinks should have the exact same amount of liquid added to them. We apologize for the inconvenience. Please contact us back if there’s anything else we can do for you. NEVER AGAIN on WaBa Grill!
