As far as a taco bell goes, this one was 5 today. The cashiers were very polite and Gordon Ramsey must’ve been in the kitchen. My grilled cheese deluxe cravings box sent my taste buds on a journey during my 30 minute drive home. I went so crazy on this box that when it was complete…. I ordered the cravings box with a crunchwrap supreme and a taco. The taco shell was stale and it tasted funny. I took about three bites of the crunchwrap supreme which was falling apart because the tortilla was stale and then I got a taste of the sour cream. It tasted like it had been sitting on the counter to long. It almost tasted moldy. I couldn’t take another bite so I told the guy at the counter all he did was go to the back and say that it was in date. If the sour cream sits at the back door for a couple hours before they put it in the walk-in it’s going to go bad. That’s what it tasted like. He didn’t offer to make it right. He didn’t offer a refund or to make it over.

I live around here and have had a few problems but the worst one was today! I had a tacobell employee flirt with me and then hand me a hot sauce pack and told me to read it, it said “take me home” I am not interested and am very upset at their unprofessional behavior I got upset at the lady and she said “relax it was just a dare” and to top it off I had to wait 20 minutes to get my food and they got my order wrong. I feel they would have gotten my order right if they was doing their jobs instead of playing high school pranks that make customers uncomfortable. Definitely never coming back!

The white girl had took my orders inside of the building alright and she had stopped what she was doing and called her boss and told him to take over her spot. Her boss didn’t know what was going on wondering why? I said she was wrong for that. She was taking my orders and ran towards the drive thru area started laughing at him. Just so happen,her boss didn’t like what she did towards him. So instead,he had took my orders and still wanted to know what’s wrong with her. I had gotten my stuff thank them and said that she was still wrong for what she did towards him and walked out of the door with my stuff.

Details hmm: yes that’s the problem here.. I’m seriously questioning weather the employees here tonight 1/9/22 can even read … first they missed an entire drink, apparently they don’t know that cheese goes on a cheese quesadilla and steak on a steak quesadilla, wouldn’t give me a receipt, and when I asked for sauce well you can see their response in the photos, this place is a joke and I will not be back soon.

Probably the saddest POS ive ever seen from this store. If I could make multiple 1 star reviews I would. Literally one half of the crunchwrap was completely flat. Theres nothing in here. The whole store needs to be fired and replaced how often this happens.

This Taco Bell stuck out to me as especially friendly. When I travel, I count on being able to get vegan options at Taco Bell. I have only been disappointed a couple times, but this one stood out as a step above. Maybe they treat their employees well here, or maybe they just had good people when I went.

No explanation needed!! See pic below and it explains it well. I did go back and ask if I could have more than a taco shell. The lady manager said that is how they come without lettuce. I was like ummm no I get meat and cheese a lot and never had to guess where the beef was lol. So she remakes two of the 5 tacos but didn’t remake the other three with the lettuce. She said they would be the same. I was like you mean I get shells and lettuce? I just said forget it and drove off… $13 for 5 pretty much taco shells and lettuce is ridiculous.

I am a vegan/vegetarian, and I don’t necessarily appreciate it when people mess up my order when I told them plainly what I wanted on my Mexican pizza. Instead of giving me a vegetarian Mexican pizza without beef, I was given your regular pizza. Thankfully, though, they fixed this problem by making me a new one.

Horrible effort at making the food.. ordered three chipotle chicken melts and a cheesy roll up and two large cups of water got two chipotle chicken melts one cheesy roll up barely melted..had to ask for the cups of water was the first thing I ordered.. seems like poor work ethics folks excuses nowadays I don’t get paid enough or that’s not in my job title….
