Hello I been calling and they answered then hung up on me then called back they keep hanging up they keep doing it over and over I called like 12 times and they messed up my order unbelievable they kept speaking Spanish I said I wanted the manager they hung up and kept hanging up on me what kind of unprofessional people if you need good and reliable people text me this is unbelievable shouldn’t happen again.

Visited Waba Grill with my family last week. Jerelle was the cashier very helpful, kept checking to see if we were good. That is great Customer Service. The food was piping hot and freshed our toddler enjoyed it. I must say thus far this Waba Grill location made my experience great. The avocado was good as well. Jerelle and the others who were working on that day. Keep up the good job!!

Went to grab a quick lunch with my husband and a young man named Danny took our order. He was very kind and polite. Fast and quick service thanks to Danny! The food was delicious and dinning area was clean.

I was a client that came here awhile ago about 4-5 years ago and I did not like the food. I stopped coming for that reason. I decided to give a second chance and everything changed for the better. The food tastes way better. Eduardo is very polite and helpful on taking your order. He makes sure everything is on point with his workers and good. I recommend giving it a second chance. New management!

I’m a regular Customer here today I went in to get a bowl and asked for extra siracha packets and this rude lady decided to charge me 30 cents each packet I always ask and never get charged for them I told her to remove them if that’s the case and said she couldn’t what kind of shady people do you have working here!! There’s a sign that says each cup for boom sauce and sweet chili is 30 cents idk why this lady charged me for packets of siracha definitely need to speak to a manager

Do not recommend. “Ribeye” bowl looked like shredded “mystery meat”. Overcooked. Black. Small shredded pieces of greasy, cold meat or something. Broccoli was OK. Rice was OK. Nothing like the pictures. Nothing healthy here. I ate a few bites of rice and threw out the rest. The employees didn’t care. They were too busy figuring out how to close early and get out the door. I’m going to In-n-Out next time I want a fast meal. At least the employees care and cook quality food.
