Ordered the family meal a week ago for pick up via the app. The cabbage was too crunchy for my preference. In my opinion, it would taste better if cooked for 1 min and 30 seconds (dumplings timer) instead of using 45 seconds veggies timer. What made me rate the food 3/5 is the leg meat… it was dry. The only big issue was the 20oz chicken and because it is the main protein this was a major scoring factor. The family meal deal costs $30ish dollars and with the portion of meat given, it should not be dry. Leg meat is hard to mess up yet it was dried, which means this location was either a. Holding the meat beyond 4 hours, or b. Overcooked the chicken by flipping too slowly during the abc method of cooking. Anyways, the customer service was great and the atmosphere seemed chill. Hopefully next time the meat is not as dried. The two boom boom steak tacos were perfect. However they should add more protein to the tacos.

the two indian ladies working here are rude. I came with my friend to get some food and he needed to use the restroom while i was already ordering and the cashier did not want to give him the code bc she said i needed to pay first, idk if she thought that i was faking ordering but that was uncomfortable. anyways then i order some sauce on the side and pay for it and it’s the size of the tip of the finger, when in other locations they give you a bigger size and for free. so they are greedy and bad customer service.

I wish I could give 0 stars that’s how pathetic of a waba grill location this is. First of all no matter what you order they don’t give full portions or meat or rice, if you want to get 50% of what you pay for come here if not save your money and time. You can order a bowl or plate it doesn’t matter. Don’t bring your business here. They always are missing something whether it’s lemons, green onions, a soda flavor. I’ve been here 3 times that’s 3 times too many. I spoke to the manager about my concerns and he just dismissed me didn’t seem to care and what’s worse is he was rude. Waba grill fix this location or close it. It’s making me not want to ever go back to any waba grill.

I love Waba Grill, I always purchase the food here because its very healthy and delicious. Although I will NEVER return to this specific restaurant again! It’s the nearest location to my fitness center, so I would occasionally go here after the workout. But for now on, I rather drive to a different one. The employees are extremely rude, always have a dry attitude and low customer service. They have a “new management” sign outside, and I think they desperately need to change AGAIN! I will not be coming back to this location ever again. Not to mention the quantity in food they give you is very poor. Absolutely NOT WORTH IT!
