This is a great place to eat breakfast lunch or dinner. The food quality is excellent and authentic, while they’re tortillas are fresh, corn or flour! They also have a built-in panaderia and that is the cherry on top. We are so happy we have a great Mexican restaurant near our home!

Very clean and organized display cases
Large, colorful pastry selection (looks fresh) They had my favorites

—Conchas – The iconic shell-topped sweet bread (pink, yellow, white sugar crusts).
—Empanadas dulces – Baked turnovers, often filled with pineapple, pumpkin, or cajeta.
—Marranitos – Little pig-shaped molasses cookies.

Branded table surface gives it a neighborhood vibe

On Sunday January 25th at 2:00 pm I ordered a beef fajita plate and a single quesadilla .. words can’t even describe the tragic quality of the food here. A two ingredient item . I want more than just a refund. Sadly I won’t make it back in time and I’m still hungry. I’m so beyond disappointed

Okay I usually don’t take the time to rate unless it’s top notch! The best rice and big plates I had the Jalisco burrito, omg it did not disappoint!

Convenient little taqueria. It’s extremely well priced, and you get pretty basic fare (nothing to write home about). You could probably make this same lunch at home.

However, the pastries/bakery are what make this place really shine. While this sits in a strip mall and isn’t very pretty, the selection and quality of cakes is fantastic! Rebanada, eclaires, etc. All delicious! And super budget friendly, often under $3 each.

Looking through all the reviews of restaurants we came across this place. Im very peeky with food and quality and by far this is one of the best places for quick, hot and full plates well served at a reasonable price. Food is hot, staff is polite and place is quiet and warm for a breakfast morning. From Laredo to San Anton it’s worth it.

Very peacful and relaxing place. Big menu. Caldo de res top notch. Consume perfect fusion of flavor and chilie. Sweet corn included. Beef shank as it should be-soft with adequete amount of fat for maximum flavor. Chips and salsa incredible. Amazing Handmade corn and flour tortillas. Beer available. Perfect service. Very welcoming. The type of family style barrio Mexican restaurant every other one should aspire to be. Familia from Transcoso, Zacatecas.
