Ate here today. We both had terrible stomach issues a few hours. The chicken wasn’t right. We ate at a different location and the chicken was cut up smaller and tasted better. Something was just off.
We also asked for extra sauce and the older guy working the counter wanted to charge us $.30 extra for these TINY little cups of sauce. What a joke.
I only carry a credit card…..so was he expecting for me to pull out my credit card for $0.30?? Was he going to pay the credit card fees on the $0.30 transaction? I was very perplexed.
We won’t be coming here again. We will go to the other locations.
$.30 costed you a customer.

Food was delicious. Great customer services very clean. But im so disappointed in their flimsy top containers. I literally dropped all my food on the floor trying to put my leftovers in the bag. I’m so sad because I wasn’t able to put a dent in my food ♀️. I only have 20% of my stomach i eat very small amount at a time. Which is why i had so much food left . My feelings are hurt. Other than that the food was great.

First time i’m trying Waba grill. I had heard a lot about it and figured since I had forgotten to bring lunch to work, this was a good option. Close by and the value meal seemed like a good deal.
Unfortunately, I was disappointed from start to finish. The poor gal that answered the phone seemed extremely stressed out and busy. When I went in to pick up my food, she had the same energy of being extremely stressed out. Management should be making a better effort at hiring employees, and making it worth their while to work at that location. it’s not fair to the staff you currently have for them to be that stressed out all the time trying to make things happen
As for the food. The flavor was OK. But the order was completely messed up. I had ordered the mini tofu bowl with brown rice. What I received was a chicken bowl with white rice.
The taco I ordered as a side was correct. Both items, however, were room temperature. I drove less than five minutes up the road and got to the location within five minutes of putting my order in. There is no reason that any of the food should’ve been room temperature.
I got an iced tea to drink. The iced tea was not rude correctly, and was extremely strong and tasted horrible. I had to water it down with almost half a cup of water before it was drinkable.
Hopefully this was just an off day, but looking at other reviews, it seems that this location has ongoing issues. Not only with customer service or employees being stressed out, but also with food quality as well.
I will likely not be going to this location again.(especially for $10, not worth it if it’s meh) I would be willing to try another location to see if a different one is better than this one.

First time ordering. OMG I ordered a Waba bowl mixed chicken and steak. So delicious and tasted fresh. I have been searching for a place like this and finally found it. You will not be disappointed, because I certainly was not.

My family and I went into this location on the weekend a few weeks ago. The sign within the store states that kids eat free certain times throughout the week and all day on the weekend. We brought our 2 children in with us and asked about the free kids meals. The woman at the register first told us that only one child could eat free, and then proceeded to tell us that she could no longer find the button, she asked her husband in the back and he explained that they no longer were offering the promotion. We have been to several other WABA locations and they all offer the same thing as they are a corporation. This franchise in Cypress is not doing the right thing, and does not want to honor the corporate standards. We will no longer be going to this location, and we actually live in Cypress. Very dissapointing.

Gotta say that I very much enjoyed the atmosphere here. The music plays at a decent volume that lets you chat with friends at a comfortable volume. The evening crew are friendly and quick. I think their names are Valeria & Miguel, just checked, it is. Always a good place to sit and eat. I’m sure I’ll be back again, and soon.
