Just want to give kudos to Jade. Not only did she have great customer service, but she was a 1 woman show. Working the register and even getting on the grill (hope it wasn’t for too long). While the area isn’t the safest or cleanest, I had no problems with the food. It came out quick, was clean, and healthy.

Food is good 9/10 times. I usually get the steak bowl. Sometimes its not what i expected. But i can always depend on the homeless people out front to be there asking me for money! The pic is very blurry but yes, she has a chair and sits here EVERY DAY. Enjoy your visit & i hope the smell doesnt spoil your appetite!

Employees always rude, they try to overcharge any way possible. You have to check your receipt. Food is ok, sometimes dry but good healthy choice…….. it’s March 2019, gotta say….. gave up on this place. Everytime the lady in this picture has serious problems. She over charges everytime she gets a chance and trains the others to do so. She tagged me and starts her comments to others as I walked in, others look at me and my family like we are evil. When I haven’t even said anything to her. Tried to be extra polite but no deal, she’s mean, rude and just awful experience everytime!!!!! This picture was taken of her first smile because she was goofing off with employees. I’m afraid of eating here, who knows what she does to my food.

When it comes to giving people reviews I try to be very fair and I do understand that some people have there days but today was not the day for this location. Who ever the girl is at the front counter, OMG she needs some training, she is very rude and has a major attitude for sure.
I just ask a simple question and she look at me like ” are you done yet ” and rolled her eyes back into her head. OMG I will never come back here again and she needs to be reported to her boss. If not, this location will lose all there customers.
Overall, the food is okay but my experience here was really bad.

This is without a doubt one of the worst Waba Grill’s in the area. My husband was trying to order a steak bowl and the cashier ( a Latina lady in her 40’s/50’s) was VERY RUDE not just to us but to other customers as well. What’s worse is she was had the audacity to be rude to paying customers but had the time to kiss her boyfriend who seemed to be one of the cooks. I find that unprofessional especially when you have 4 customers waiting for their orders.
Do yourself a favor save your money folks. Go to a place where they respect you and don’t keep you waiting out of pettiness.

I’m very upset with myself for not turning right back out and driving 3.9 miles or so to the next spot..note to self DON’T DO THAT AGAIN..the place was a mess the floor and tables needed cleaning but the two mature Spanish speaking employees didn’t think it was necessary apparently because I told both that the floors needed attention but nobody did anything then in walks a customer and picked up a couple of items off the floor..ooh k then the female staff worked the register and didn’t wash or place gloves on before handling food..I’m fed up with dirty eatery places for real. Also the cooking area looks as though they are cooking on make shift oversized hot plates..hmmmm please keep your lobby clean

The cashier (woman, in her 40s) sooooo rude! Ignoring customers and when it’s finally your turn to order she talks with a horrible attitude and distaste like she’s judging you. It’s horrible she didn’t even tell me when my order was done. She was also rude to another customer thru the change back at her. Insane! If I could give a zero I would. AVOID THIS PLACE
