Wa Ramen was a great dinner experience! We ordered the chicken karaage, shoyu ramen, and the soy milk tonkatsu ramen. We were there on a Thursday evening. This space is well styled and intimate – perfect for my weekday night. The food was delicious! If you finish your bowl, you get a prize. The employee who ran the floor was super sweet. We will definitely be back to use our free coupons and enjoy another bowl of ramen.

I really liked the place, small but feels cozy. Food is good for the price. Not the best of the Japanese cuisine but decent. The octupus fitters are great.

Last night we had dinner at Wa Ramen on Narcoossee and it was absolutely amazing! We tried their specials of the month — the Pork Rib Ramen and the Steak Sandwich — and both were bursting with flavor. The ramen was rich, hearty, and comforting, while the steak sandwich was perfectly cooked and so satisfying. The staff was friendly, the service was quick, and the atmosphere was cozy. Definitely one of the best ramen spots in the area. Highly recommend!

Food and our server were both so great!! Such a cute little spot!! Definitely will come back, the miso ramen was filled with so much flavor, I could live in that broth. Also, the surprise in every bowl is so whimsical, it makes finishing your food fun!! Also get the cucumber salad! 10/10!!

My partner has been begging me to come give this a try and I’m very glad I did!
We came on a fairly rainy day and it definitely hit the spot!

We were sat quickly, attended to regularly and everything was served promptly. Our server, Madison, was friendly and helpful, offering good advice on the different menu items.
We had Chicken Karaage and Fried Gyoza for our starters.
-The Chicken was crispy on the outside while still being juicy and flavorful inside. The lemon and mayo definitely add a bright kick to the chicken that I really liked.
-The Fried Gyoza were so delicious that they were half gone before I could snap a photo! You have the option to have them pan-fried or deep-fried. We chose to have them deep-fried and they were wonderful that way! A nice crunchy outer shell filled with a well-seasoned pork and veggie mix. And again, the sauce elevates the flavors, bringing a nice tang to round out the taste.

For our main dishes, we had the Shoyu Ramen and the Soy Milk Tonkotsu Ramen.
-The Shoyu Ramen was rich and dense with a salty, onion flavor to it. The noodles absorb the broth well and are cooked just enough so that they don’t turn to mush before you’ve finished. The pork practically melts away in your mouth!
-The Soy Milk Tonkotsu Ramen was a creamy, lighter taste. The mix of the soft-boiled egg into the broth is a lovely flavor combo! The mushrooms and scallions add little bursts of savory with the creamy, mild flavor the noodles absorb from the broth.

And finally, Taiyaki dessert is a must try! Flaky pastry around red bean paste with fresh strawberries and cream; it was a perfectly portioned dessert to share after such a large and filling meal!

Also, come ready to eat!! The bowls are BIG and trust me, you’re going to want to finish the bowl!

Overall great experience! From the fresh, crispy appetizers to the warm broth of their ramen (that was both refreshing and filling in such a cozy way), Wa Ramen is striving to be a memorable establishment and I think they are doing a great job at it!
Highly recommend!

It was my first time trying this restaurant and I like how they serve their customers. They are very polite and they tell you everything you need to know.

As for the food, the Takoyaki is flavorful and the soy milk tonkotsu ramen is in a big bowl- probably can be split into two too. Serving is definitely generous.

The ramen just needs a little bit more flavor to make it creamier but overall I would love to go back to try other things in the menu and of course to get my freebie after finishing the ramen- which was very sweet and unique of them to do.

Great ramen and udon for a neighborhood joint. We moved back from Seattle a couple years ago and it’s hard to find decent noodles. Definitely will get the Niku Udon and Soy Milk Tonkatsu Ramen again. Service was outstanding — kind and attentive — especially appreciated since we brought our littles.
