Three sandwiches later and it still has tomatoes. The service has just went down hill the past few weeks. Last week we order extra sauce online and none of our sandwiches had any sauce. Beware if you go on lunch break you might spend 30 minutes waiting for food.

workers were unfriendly and rude. the meat on my sandwich was slimy. mellow yellow was out of order without a warning (wouldn’t have spent money on a drink if i knew this was the case). asked for a raspberry cookie which was in the case and was given a chocolate chip cookie. poor service.

There’s 3 subways in my town and in my experience I love the one out on Northgate but that’s not going to change my opinion on any experience or service I receive. This subway is extremely conveniently located! Place is always very very clean especially the restrooms! I’ve never had a bad experience here except for when they didn’t have any white bread way way back. Definitely love subway, the price is fair for what you receive, especially when you can ask for double meat or extra meat, and they don’t charge you if you want extra extra veggies or of a sauce. I especially love their soups! The cheddar broccoli soup is to die for, I wish they had it all year round.
