Vui’s Kitchen offers fresh, daily made-from-scratch Asian-inspred favorites from our delicious, house-made 12-hour simmered pho, noodle and rice bowls to amazing wings, mouth-watering tacos, and amazingly delicious salad. With offerings for the whole family, we use only fresh, whole food ingredients loaded with herbs and lots of love. Our menu is MSG free, no processed foods, and no additives. I’d give 5,000 stars if I could . Absolutely mind blowing this gem is in a food hall of all places in Nashville … Really fresh tasting . I appreciated the mini pho bowl and many vegan options . You must try the coconut dessert. The edamame

Order on Uber Eats. Although It was full of flavor, the portion of noodles and vegetables was very small for the full size compared to other Pho places I’ve been to or ordered from, and there was significantly less beef portion than other Pho places especially at this price point. This location is awesome because there are a bunch of different foods in one place! vui’s was my go-to for a shrimp spring roll, pork bao bun and a pork banh mi. Everything was delicious, the sauce on the sandwich was a little over powering for the other flavors but all in all, I enjoyed every single bite!

Lady at the counter was nice but the food was REALLY lacking flavor, broth was a weak watery stock, Viet cold brew was lacking that strong coffee flavor and the “Thai tea” was not a Thai tea whatsoever, it was a chai tea or as the employee said “their version”. Location is perfect – food is average in contrast to how it is “sold”. I’m not sure you get the depth of flavor that one would expect for “twelve hour bone broth”…the added herbs, along with chili paste, do help. Not bad, but just ok. I think their other locations do a little better in the delivered plate/bowl.
