I was very impressed with the employee at the window, she was really nice. I ordered online and it was hot, fresh and exactly as we wanted it made. I don’t think I’ve gotten the hot and ready in many years because you never know how long they’ve been in the warmer. Online or app ordering was easy , convenient and allows customization. Overall good experience for the only chain pizza joint in the area.

Kept having to circle the building while the pep pizza and cheesy bread was being made. 5 or 6 ppl that got there after me got there food. Ask for my money back but didnt get it. Never got sauce for the cheesy bread and tried to charge me for it. Worse place for customer service. Ppl never go there

I usually get great results I order a supreme something that isn’t fast and prepared hours in advance. They can do great work given a chance. I find they are hard working friendly people. Also don’t expect to get same quality in fast and ready as when your order and wait a bit. Patience goes a long way.

So the food is kinda hit or miss, sometimes it’s good sometimes it’s burnt and the dough is full of bubbles. The inconsistency probably has to do with what time of day you get there and who’s making the pizza at that time. If they’d make sure everyone was on par when cooking, I’d give 5 stars. The service is good from my experiences. They’ve never been rude to me or my family, and they seem to be pretty friendly. Food isn’t bad. It’s just inconsistent.

I have been a customer here since 1st opened. But past 3 months or around that, the crazy bread and Italian cheese bread have been over cooked/overdone. But It is darker than it is supposed to be. I am not picky about food, food always used to be very good here so I’m not sure what happened. The bread is supposed to be soft and light, not hard and dark. Overall pizza is usually good. Please take this review into consideration.

Whitley City ky little Caesars. Always something wrong or missing. This time ordered 3 pizzas and cheese sticks. Got there all’s ready except for the deep dish. They dropped it in floor. So had to wait to recook. So by the time they rebook the one they drop. The rest is cold and soggy nasty but the deep dish was hot. They wasted my money because family wouldn’t eat the soggy pizzas or cheese sticks. One pizza hot the rest of food cold and soggy.

I was there at ten minutes till ten sat in drive thru for seven minutes no one came to window. I understand they close at 10 but all I wanted was a hot and ready so I pulled around front and u could see three still in the cabinet and the guy cleaning up so if u close at 10 or 15 till ten advertise it. I worked in fast food before and we didn’t stop serving till time advertised

Worst service ever. Aside from the fact that none of the workers are wearing masks during this epidemic. I ordered my pizza and sauces online, go to pick them up, no sauce. I stand in front of the desk, the woman working pretends I’m not there, finally she tells me to wait one minute. After 10-15 minutes of waiting with my cold pizza she finally asks “what do you want”. This place ain’t what it use to be.
