Not only were Gonzalo’s tacos were incredible, he and his wife were so friendly and welcoming. The birria was some of the best we’ve had. We will be back many times over

It was my first time at V’s today but definitely not the last!! I was warmly welcomed by the pleasant atmosphere at the restaurant- small and cosy – and by the server there – a young well-mannered boy. I ordered a burrito and a watermelon mint shrubs. I had no idea what shrubs is but it was great – housemade! The burrito was so big and filling that I wasn’t hungry for the rest of the day .
If you want to experience an interesting and yummy mix of korean and mexican cuisine, be excellently served and have a great time – V’s is your place!

Cute little restaurant right by our hotel. Brandon was an awesome server and whipped me up a custom drink based on what I was feeling. We also tried the gin daisy and the speakeasy; all so good. For dinner, we had the ultimate sampler, and lemme tell you, it was more than enough. I had the tofu taco and it was delicious. Husband had three other tacos (I don’t remember them) and he mopped all three up. We tried the fusion sauce and it was great too!

I almost knocked a star off because it’s not wheelchair accessible, but we came in understanding that a lot of this infrastructure is pre-ADA. We recommend checking places out on Google beforehand so you’re aware of the layout.

Absolutely outstanding!

“V” catered my small outdoor wedding in Juneau, last week! I came over on a cruise ship and never met “V” in person prior to my ship arrival. She communicated throughly and frequently over the phone and helped me get in touch with other wonderful Juneau businesses to plan and organize the event. “V” listened to my vision of an Alaskan themed outdoor wedding and she did just that creating charcuterie/ tapas boxes for the attendees. The locally sourced fare, alaskan cocktails, coffee and hotcoco bar was a huge hit with my friends and family on a rainy, cool weathered September day. “V” is such a talented Chef and a very kind and gentle person. She made my day absolutely special Thank you “V”, im still dreaming about the salmon mousse spread.

To my thinking, this is the most hip and fun culinary scene in Juneau (at least that I’ve found so far).

Many fun flavors, libations, and gluten-free options.

Ok so I’m a little spoiled by Korean Mexican fusion in Atlanta. We have so many good spots but this place was excellent. Very small cozy spot in a basement. The service was great and the food was solid. Everything was spicy which was fine by me but be warned if you have a mild palette. The nachos were great and piled so high. I wish the chips were a little better – homemade or Mexican style chips would have gone a long way but they tasted like pretty basic Tostitos but the toppings more than made up for it. I got the tinga chicken burrito and it was huge and delicious.

Great service! Great menu and vibe!
The food was great too… except they put the special sauce on just about everything coming out of the kitchen and we didn’t like the sauce. My suggestion would be to request no sauce on the food. There are bottles on every table. If it’s your jam, you can put it on yourself.

Excellent, attentive service, but everything else was meh. The restaurant is in a basement and had an unpleasant smell, not just the regular, old basement smell that is kind of nostalgic, but kind of smelly. The food was okay. The taco shells were a bit rubbery and the meats were bland. We tried the 7 taco platter and the fusion nachos w/ahí. The ahi was like dried little chunks of meat. My wife thought it was chicken. There was also no real kimchi on anything. At least not that we could taste.

The food was sooo unique and good. The vegan options are not fully vegan. I’m not sure if that was a server error (it’s ok!) or what. But cheese (dairy) and fish sauces are not vegan. It’s ok and everything was still good! The atmosphere is quiet and calming. service

Stumbled upon this venue. Food was good but not over the top. We ordered the flan for dessert and The infusion burrito. The venue is cute. Our server was very knowledgeable however spoke very fast and at times was confusing. Other than that a pleasant experience. Worth checking out.
