The past several times I’ve been here have been a total mess. The orders are never correct. I just ordered a small hot coffee with regular cream and sugar. I received a small coffee which was just hot water and cream with no sugar. It wasn’t even coffee at this point. The orders used to be good but these past few months have been abysmal.

I live within walking distance so I order for walk in pickup frequently. 9/10 times they will not make the food on your order until you ask them to after you already walked in no matter how long it’s been since you ordered. They are also almost always out of the milk option you choose for your drink which will again cause them to not make your entire order until you walk in and ask them to. I have on multiple occasions walked in and got my drinks and then stood there watching the kitchen staff stand around to then have to tell them my order has food so they will start making it. Like any fast food place they also frequently mess up your order.

Everyone is always nice and polite, it just seems like they dont pay attention to the order. I do my online ordering and wait about 10 minutes before I get there incase they are busy. But it seems something gets forgotten or I dont even get the right order. This morning instead of a wrap they gave me hash browns or if you order a sandwich on a bagel you’ll get just a plain bagel.
I know everyone has something they’re dealing with but please pay attention to the orders.

Pretty lame not many open stores. The bar is newly renovated, however the bartenders are too busy talking to their friends to wait on people they dont know. I didnt finish my first drink when the young lady bartender said I had enough and took my drink from me. She was apparently annoyed that I called her on her lack of attention to others at the bar. She said she would not give me the managers or owners number to call.

Ordered the other day on the app. Picked up my coffee and it tasted burnt, didn’t taste right at all Now, I’ve had that happen in other stores thru the years and usually they get defensive saying it’s not. Anyway, I walked back and and told them and the young guy in the asked if I’d like him to remake it(someone else made it) with a smile . I said yes and in a flash I had my coffee correctly, a great attitude from him, and walked out a happy customer. More customer service should be like him & his coworker. I will definitely go there more often because my other one acts like I’m bothering them when I go in and puts your coffee down on the other side and walks away .. The ones at the DD are super friendly and personable!!

This location sucks. For years they’ve been awful so I haven’t gone. I figured by now after all or the negative reviews they must have fixed it. Wrong. I went in for assorted munchkins. All I got was plain and glazed. What an assortment. The other day I went for a drink and it was great, so I go back the next day and it’s totally wrong and messed up. Depends who works there each day I guess. The lady I had the other day was polite and sweet. The lady today didn’t even say a word to me, no hello when I said hello, so you’re welcome when I say thank you. Where’s the customer service skills? If you can’t get the order right at least be polite.

Afternoon crew is literally the worst. Who hands someone a drink like this? There were 3 cars in the drive thru and from what I could see, not many people in the lobby. I got a medium iced chai latte and hummus toast, the chai came out looking like vomit and the hummus toast wasn’t even toasted and missing the roasted peppers and seasonings. I work customer service, it’s not that hard to just do your job right.
