Voodoo Brewing is a fantastic addition to the St. Pete craft beer scene! The atmosphere is spot on—it’s open, vibrant, and has a cool “community pub” vibe with great indoor/outdoor seating and fun arcade games upstairs.
The beer selection is impressive, ranging from their classic West Coast IPAs like Good Vibes to unique pours like the neon-green Lacto-Kooler. Even better, the food goes way beyond standard pub fare. The house-smoked wings and Voo-Dill pickle pizza are absolute must-tries.
Whether you’re stopping by for a flight or a full meal, the friendly service and high energy make it a perfect spot to hang out downtown. Highly recommended!

Good times and delicious smoked wings at the much nicer than we were expecting Voodoo Brewing here in downtown St Pete. Upstairs room with several pinball machines, a pool table, ping-pong, an nice loungey spots, that all overlook the ground floor, plenty of high def TVS with all the games running. Fantastic service by Savanna and good hospitality from owner Bob! We’ll be back soon!

This place needs to downsize and just become a pour house. The place is cool and they have good beers on tap but the food and service were the worst I’ve ever experienced. I’d rather go to McDonald’s and I hate fast food. I ordered a steak and cheese and got a cold ham sandwich with unmelted shredded cheese…..you can’t make this stuff up. The bartender was mortified. They don’t even have ham on the menu. Inalso ordered smoked wings and got refular deep fried wings that they tried to pass off as smoked. The owner/manager dude did come over and give a half ass apology but didn’t do anything to make it right. If you’re going to go here stick to beer and don’t even ask for a menu.

Recently visited Voodoo for our first time last week. My fiance and I stayed at Hollander Hotel for a night and I had heard about Voodoo prior to our stay. It was an easy 2 block walk away. We had so much fun. Love the way the brewery is decorated and the openness. We tried a few beers which we loved. The bartenders were super friendly and we had some nice conversations. The food looked good, but we had eaten dinner prior to coming so we unfortunately did not try anything. Looking forward to coming back on our next trip to St. Pete!

Third time at a Voodoo Brewing location; first two visits were in Ft. Myers, FL and Roswell, GA. This location has the best mojo of the three. Bartender was very friendly and elevated the experience. Had a $15 burger and beer lunch special; burger was a smidge cold but otherwise tasty. Pinball and pool upstairs with neat drawings on the wall. Helps fill in a void between Hollander/Courtyard and Central, so I hope it lasts as it provides a boost to the area and improves the aesthetic a lot.

This is a great spot if you have a big crew or you’re by yourself checking it out. There are games upstairs. They have beers and cocktails to order and even some NonAlc options. The staff is friendly and helpful. There’s a free parking lot behind the building after 6 pm.

Opened in October 2024 under new ownership, the team here has it figured out. One thing missing. Hemp bevs for inclusion and a great n/a alternative. Otherwise beers are super, good is good and the indoor outdoor vibe with the pool table, chess, video games and lounge upstairs. All awesome. Fun spot to bring your crew in DTSP. Go here!!

Given it opened recently I will chalk this up to them working out the kinks still. Cool venue but took 78 minutes for my burger to come out and was told they ran out of fries so asked if chips were ok. Burger was so thin they didn’t even need to ask how I like it cooked. Menu did not mention onion on burger then it came with one I had to take off. Tried the triple beer and was too fruity for me. The brown ale was decent. Thankful the bartender realized the bad food service and comped my food. Was still hungry when left.

The chicken tenders were burned to a complete crisp, and the nachos were somehow soaked in oil, which made them nearly inedible.
If you’re coming strictly for beer, that part was fine. However, I can’t recommend this restaurant for food. I’m only leaving this review to help other patrons avoid a similar experience.
If you want it softer, harsher, or more professional/Yelp-style, I can tweak the tone.
