We had an excellent experience at Volcano Hot Pot & Korean BBQ, and a big part of that was our server, Mark. It was Mario’s and my first time, and we were very impressed from start to finish. MARK was attentive, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable about the menu. He made great recommendations, checked on us consistently without being intrusive, and made sure everything was perfect throughout our meal. His positive attitude and professionalism truly elevated our dining experience. Mark is a huge asset to the restaurant, and we will definitely be back with my crew ~ highly recommend!

The selection was of foods was amazing. Service was excellent. This was our first time visiting a restaurant like this and we weren’t exactly sure how it all worked. Our server explained everything beautifully and was very attentive! Everything was clean and the atmosphere was very chill. We will definitely be back.

I had a great experience at this Korean BBQ spot, and a big part of that was thanks to Artem, our server. He was friendly, attentive, and made sure we understood how everything worked, from ordering the meats to grilling them just right.
He kept our table stocked and clean throughout the meal.
The food was fresh and flavorful, with a good variety of meats and sides. The lighting and atmosphere was great for daytime and even better at night. Overall, it was a fun and satisfying dining experience. If you go, definitely ask for Artem — he’ll take great care of you!

I enjoyed my experience here and the fact that they had plenty of seafood and vegetable options as pescetarians and vegetarians. Usually the hot pot places I have seen are too heavy on meat only options. The venue is very clean and well kept. The server was friendly and attentive. The only downside I would say is I felt rushed with the 1.5 hour limit on weekends, considering it takes at least half an hour to cook your own food thoroughly. Other than that, I would definitely come back on weekdays to enjoy my experience more.

The food quality was exceptional, and the sheer variety of options available for both the hot pot and Korean BBQ was astounding. We truly got to try a little bit of everything, and it was all delicious and incredibly fresh. It’s truly a great value for the amount and quality of food you get.
However, what truly took our experience from great to unforgettable was our server, William. He is an absolute gem and the epitome of phenomenal service! William went above and beyond by making special, personalized sauces for us to try, and they were hands-down the most delicious dipping sauces we’ve ever had. He was incredibly knowledgeable and gave us the best recommendations and food tips for combining items and getting the most out of the AYCE menu. He truly enhanced our meal with his expertise.
I can honestly say that William’s attention, enthusiasm, and superb service are the reason I would only go back if he is working. He made us feel so well taken care of.

Honestly an amazing HotPot place. I’ve visited so many and the meat here was SO fresh and a “good” kind of beefy- especially it being late. About 10:30PM ish.
The spicy schezuan soup was awesome. I love extremely spicy foods so the amount was perfect for me. The pork bone broth was creamy and very herb forward. They had tons of items. If you’re a seafood & veggie person like me, you’ll loooove it here. My partner got the BBQ and enjoyed the huge meat selection, and of course they all tasted great.
My favorite item here were the Duck Feet. It’s just like chicken feet but BETTER. They’re amazing, I look for them at every hot pot place I go. This one has it!!
