This is the worst Chilis I have ever been to. The customer service is horrible, you literally sit and wait and no one approach you after you seated. Then you wait up to an hour for your food, the waiters doesn’t give updates or anything. I have walked out one time, today im so hungry I just waited. This lil girl behind the bar customer service so horrible im not even leaving a tip maybe thats the reason the bar empty. She literally only took my order never came back, ask was I okay, anything and someone else brought the food out. THat was after I asked the host if someone can get me some water after wait..16 minutes at the table.

Everything was okay except for the seating part because they looked a bit busy. We visited around dinner time. This location ive only been twice too. The first was over threes years ago. Its took me so long to come back because the food was horrible to me. I took another chance as yoy can see the food was actually delicious. I order a smash burger and two triple dippers and two kids meals. The food was good because if it wasn’t my children would have said otherwise. The service was great. The time the food came out was decent. The kids menu can be a little more interesting though over all I give the an A.. Oh we didn’t get a chance to take a picture of everything because the kids went right into.

Took my son and his friends to this location at 119th in Chicago IL for all receiving great grades. The food was very good, we all ordered Double Bacon Ranch Burgers, very juicy and delicious. They ordered The Trio plate as well and they enjoyed that as well, Our Waitress I can’t remember the young lady name but she was most attentive to my teenagers and my fiancé and I.

2025 – Its chili’s of course the food is average. However I did enjoy the cheese pull on the mozzarella sticks, and the December margarita of the month was great.

We stopped in today for a quick bite around 11:40ish am on our way back home. We were greeted by a lovely young lady that seated us…We sat in a booth in the bar area so the bartender waited on us she was so nice amd helpful…She was sure to check on us while we were dining…The manager brought our food to the table and she was was nice as well!! The food was fresh, hot and good and the service couldn’t be better…

I must give compliments to the chef. The food was amazingly delicious and everyone enjoyed their dishes. The service was a little slow but I guess it was a staffing issue but overall I highly recommend this establishment.

I’ve ordered delivery from them twice (Ubereats and DoorDash) both times the ticket was correct but the food sent was incorrect. Whoever is reading the tickets and packing the food needs to do better. Maybe more training is needed, and possibly include basic reading skills. If this location was in a different area I’m sure this wouldn’t be an issue.

My fiancé and I came here tonight starting off back the heavy set waiter(man) came to to take our order, no tablet,no paper or pencil, nothing. We waited 20-25 minutes for our alcoholic beverages, 30min for our shared appetizer. Our original waiter never came to check in, actually he never came back AT ALL to our table, but I did see him in a booth by the bar with other coworkers heheing hahaing. Finally a random polite waiter brung my fiancé burger out and the toppings for my fajitas. I then had to wait an additional 15min for my actual shrimp and chicken fajitas. Ts was soooooo light skinned it’s like they just did anything. Yea never coming back

This location is somewhat hit or miss. Last night was a miss. They were out of a lot of food items. For example, selling a triple dipper but out of egg rolls and sliders. The drink menu was also limited for the same reason. Service was subpar and the food was just ok. Group of 7 and 4 of us had an issue with our food.

I came around 11:40ish. It wasn’t crowded in here. I ordered the new Philly steak with fries, white cheddar macaroni, molted chocolate cake with ice cream . I had a very polite server (Juree) I’m misspelling her name probably. My food was hot . I didn’t like the macaroni because it was undercooked. My dessert came out first as requested .. thank u !! I left full and satisfied.
