Food was exceptional – especially the oysters. Casual atmosphere. Clean and spacious. Very inviting.

Went here to make a to-go order was helped by a kind lady. Once my order was placed and I got my food was literally 4-5 minutes. Absolutely love the reusable bag it came with and they packed me everything I needed to keep from getting messy. I only gave 4 stars because it was a bit salty other than that I loved it. So so good. Inside the bag picture was taken after I ate a few clams lol.

Our waitress was phenomenal. She was attentive and was personable. She made my son feel special for his birthday and the other young ladies that helped her with that thank you. The food was O.K. Mainly wrote the review based off of our service. Thank you again Myajah

Took them a few minutes to realize we were waiting for a table. They weren’t busy at all. I will say the staff was friendly but just didn’t seem on top of things. Food didn’t take long at all to get out but we were sorely disappointed. The skin was still on my fried fish, maybe some people eat it like that but it makes it taste disgusting to me. Rarely do you leave skin on fish when serving it. My wife’s calamari was rubbery. Adding up the wait time, skin on fish, and rubbery calamari led us to believe they just get this stuff all pre-made frozen and then just deep fry it when ordered. This also makes sense when you look at the other low reviews of this place. To top it all off my wife and I felt absolutely horrible a few hours later. You will never see me here again.

Came here a few months ago and it was great at the bar, but horrible today. Waitress took our drink and appetizer order then didn’t come back until much later. Appetizer was bused out before our drinks, napkins, silverware…Food was served incorrectly cooked with no silverware, crab crackers, condiments, lemon, sides, napkins…asked for cocktail sauce four times and it never came, so we made our own with the no horseradish and ketchup from the fries. Crackers were substituted for kitchen scissors. Have these been used to cut raw chicken ? Shared a fork since they brought three forks for a four-top. Tried to get the steamed oysters removed from our check (which were supposed to be raw with cocktail sauce, lemon, horseradish to go with our Bloody Mary’s), but they refused to make this right. Literally served us steamed oysters with nothing to go with it, and no napkins or silverware. Who orders plain steamed oysters and eats them with their bare hands? We waited to each try one (2/12 total) when the drinks came out about 10 minutes later or so to confirm they were not raw to ask for them to be fixed. They said they couldn’t do anything since we tried them, then tried to say we actually ordered steamed oysters. If you order a steak and it’s not cooked correctly, so you not make it right? We ordered steamed crab legs, not steamed oysters. The cost of the oysters on the bill was also higher than that advertised on the menu. $122 later and still hungry for the three hour trip home. Too bad. It was so good the first time.

Tried after seeing it was open. Was not disappointed! The flavor is spot on. I got the crab legs with garlic butter in mild and loved it. Next I got it in medium and it was spicy. If you don’t do spicy, only order it in mild. Flavors are there. Food is delicious. Its a must!

Haven’t had seafood in quite awhile. Prices for good food have really gone up, but today, I decided to treat myself. This was my first time at Volcano Crab, and it was amazing. Shaquitta, the shift manager was also my server. Super friendly and polite, she suggested her favorite sauce: Volcano hot with extra garlic butter. It was so good. I got the Combo D with lobster tail, shrimp, and snow crab, and added sausage. More food than I could eat, and the price was reasonable at $54. Really enjoyed my lunch today, and will definitely be back!
