Some of the absolute best dishes I have ever had the chance to try! If you asked me to eat anything with a mushroom I’d just walk away…. But ermigerd the stuffed mushroom was to die for I could eat that appetizer as a dinner any day of the week! I have NEVER had such a great risotto and the lamb adorning it was equally as good… The lobster ravioli my wife had was incomparable to any similar dish either of us had to our recollection… And damn you’d be crazy not to get a dessert. The Cannoli is THE BEST IN THE WORLD! perfect cream, perfect crunch! I could have cried! The tiramisu was a melt in your mouth amazing experience, my wife and I were left speechless. And to top it all off the Affogato was the perfect cap on the dinner. You can’t go wrong at this restaurant, AND YOU CANT WAIT TO GO BACK!

I came to Volare because I heard the food was amazing—and it truly exceeded all expectations! I wanted to treat my mother to something special, different, and authentic, especially since it’s New Yorker owned. The service was wonderful, the staff attentive, and the food came out quickly—fresh, flavorful, and simply exquisite.
We were celebrating my mother’s 84th birthday, and it couldn’t have been more perfect. The owner was courteous, funny, and professional—such a warm touch that made the experience feel personal and memorable.
Dining here felt like being back in New York, enjoying incredible Italian food with heart and soul. I’m so happy I chose this place—it made our celebration unforgettable. Highly, highly recommend!

My family and I are on vacation at split rock, which was a three hour drive from home it didn’t start off as a good experience. This Italian restaurant made up for it. The service was amazing, I felt at home. As an Italian American this is the best restaurant I have ever been to. The owner is so kind, checks on every table, and genuinely gets to know his customers. 10/10 recommend and my family and I will be coming back. We appreciated the warm welcome and kind service. <3

Be prepared if you come on a Saturday evening to have a long casual meal…. They had two waiters working the entire restaurant. They were very sharp and on top of it, but they were just bogged down preventing things from going smoothly and quicker.

I did a quick visit here to have some Italian food in a restaurant that doesn’t close early.
The service is very good. Very attentive and nice people.
The food was good. The prices are reasonable.
Unfortunately, no wine menu (bottles) as I am a wine drinker. Just generic choices.
Plenty of desserts choices. Good appetizers available and my branzino fish and risotto were delicious.
I recommend this place.

Came here for Mothers Day with my wife and 2 adult children and we were all BLOWN AWAY!!!!!!! The Food, Atmosphere, and Waitstaff were all 5*. My family are all Foodies and we travel a lot and I have to say the food here is TOP NOTCH!!!!!! Donna, the woman that took our reservation in advance, made my wife a sugar free cake since she is a Diabetic. This was the BEST Sugar Free Chocolate cake my wife and I have ever had. I had to question the waiter to make sure this cake was Sugar Free. This is fine dinning, people so the quality and quantity of food was well worth the cost.

The food is fabulous. Caesar, the owner is professional and also very warm and gracious. He is invested in your experience and wants you to have a great time. They could use more wait staff, however we all know good waitstaff is hard to find. Plan to spend some time and enjoy! Oh and it is byo. Small 7$ corkage fee.
