I don’t know what everyone is complaining about but we had an amazing experience at this Shake Shack. We’re so glad they’re open closer to us. We did an online order to pick up our meal. The estimated time was 15 minutes and it was all cooked and warm right when we got there. Our burgers were PERFECT, crispy on the outside and medium on the inside. The fries – super fresh and crispy. The ladies behind the counter were a delight with the warmest smiles. The space was clean and so were the bathrooms. Thank you Shake Shack! We’ll be back!

Had great service from Corey and London. They asked if we needed help at the kiosk, if we needed refills, and checked if the food was ok. They also took our food to the trash when we finished eating. The food was hot and fresh. We got 2 shack burgers, drinks and a fry. The place is spacious. We will be back.

“Oh hey I really want French fries”
This was the most local on my way home and we were getting food somewhere else in the same shopping center. Should be quick, it’s just French fries, right? Nope, 10 minutes, cost FIVE DOLLARS FOR THIS MANY KRINKLE CUT FRIES???? I knew I was getting shafted and even hesitated ordering in the first place. Then I get a puddle of the most mid type of French fries. Meanwhile you get a bag of better fries for a cheaper price and I would have had the same amount of time waiting at my house. Should have gone with my gut feeling.
Man these companies are truly out of pocket with trying to separate you from your money. It’s a joke.
“Oh you got just fries?” Then the lady goes back and checks the orders like I’m standing around for nothing because it was “served” off to keep their times low without giving me my fries lmao.
Not convenient. Not cheap. Not fast. It even asked me to tip on the self checkout!!

New place just opened. My “gut” tells me this will become a very heavy carry-out & delivery place. Sure, there are tables to sit in and eat, but I believe the only way to order is via the kiosk’s in the front. At very busy times with some older folks as well, this looks to present a problem in terms of waiting/long lines. I have ordered twice once using the Kiosk for takeout and once using Uber Eats for pickup. Uber Eats was a breeze. Walked in and walked out. The “shakes” are the stars! Just awesome! Nothing wrong with the food. The “big shack” burger was huge. Very tasty along with crispy crinkle cut fries. Enjoy them!

My original review was 1 star for Food and 1 star for Service. After being contacted by the Hospitality Team I am changing my review and will give this new location another opportunity to improve.
Ordered online. Arrived right on time. Order wasn’t ready. Ok no problem I’ll wait. One of the things I ordered was an Avocado Bacon Burger Lettuce Wrap without cheese. Employee eventually comes back and tells me they don’t have avocado only 2 hours after they opened for the day. I said, ok will it be discounted? He said No. I asked to speak to a manager. He left and came back and told me that I was lucky because the manager said that I could have the last (third of) avocado. Lucky me that I got what I ordered? WRONG! I got home (4 minutes away) and the wrap of lettuce looks nothing like the advertisement and there WAS cheese that I requested not to have and there was NO bacon and the beef was overcooked. Additionally, my granddaughter’s Chicken Bites did not come with any dipping sauce that should have been included. The order said it would be ready in 7 minutes and in fact it took an extra 9 minutes. Over twice the time they said. Based on my experience and now looking at other low review scores, it isn’t likely that we’ll be supporting this new local business in the future.

Today I ordered two hot dogs for an online pick up both took around 20 minutes when I got my food it was cold. I went home to warm both of them up and in my hot dogs when I went for another bit was a huge piece of plastic I honestly won’t be returning to this location at all

Employees are always so nice! They go over your order before you leave for carry out which is nice. Was also late picking up my order with two milkshakes they stuck them in the freezer instead of leaving them out to melt. And the food is great!

During the first two weeks, the food was consistently good and service was strong. Since then, the food quality has dropped significantly, and the front counter is often staffed by very inexperienced employees. Make sure you double-check your order before leaving the restaurant

Slow, incompetent staff! I ordered online and still had to wait another 20 mins for my order. The Shake Shack in Columbia moves so much more efficient than this one. Food was cold and the manager had the nerve to say I could wait another 10 mins for her for remake It. I asked for my money back and she threw her hands up as if I was wrong for asking for my money back for this cold, dry food! PLEASE! Fire the entire staff and start over. This ain’t It.
