Do not come here in a hurry or looking for a quick bite/lunch. I placed an order at 3:32PM for a single serving of chicken alfredo and I’ve waited over an hour for it to be cooked. I’ve seen orders multiple orders behind me get get there food before me. I’ve also checked on my order asked for how much longer it’ll before it’s finished and I was give estimate of that it takes 20 minutes to cook meanwhile I’ve been here for way much longer. This is supposed to be an on campus location but it is not very student friendly when the wait times are super long. I would give this place a 3/10.

On a recent visit to Birmingham we stopped into Vocelli! We ordered a large Meat Magnifico Pizza and an assortment of the chicken wings. The establishment and the service were great and the food was very delicious. On our next visit we will repeat the order and we’ll double up on the Garlic Romano Wings!!

The food is good if the order is submitted properly. The cashier always seems to miss an ordered item. Without the communication disruptions or missing food items I could rate the service higher.

Idk how anyone can rate this higher than a 1 star. They literally told me my order would be ready at 10:15 and they didn’t have it til 10:45 and I placed the order at 9:30. When I arrived at the time they told me to, the front girl looked confused when I said I ordered it online. She went to the back and said “they are preparing it now” which is code word for they completely never even started. AVOID. Clearly paying for 5 star reviews.

Do not go here if you are in a hurry. I placed an online order at 12:50 and was told it would be ready by 1:10. I entered the restaurant at 1:15 and they said they were still working on it. I waited almost 20 more minutes at the front counter until it turned out it was ready the entire time in a warming bag. Food is fine but service was absolutely terrible.
