I ordered pepperoni and mozzarella Vocelli rolls. I have ordered them many many times before, but not from this location. Below I’m going to post a picture of what they look like on their menu and have looked like in the past and what I received yesterday. I tried to call them about 10 minutes ago and they didn’t answer the phone. I can honestly say this is not what I ordered. My new favorite pizza place! My bestie got me to try it out of the blue one day. I was surprised to see that this is seemingly the last pizza place left to let me mix sauces like I used to do at most pizza places until they all suddenly stopped allowing it completely over the past couple of years. That alone makes this place special to me. But then the dough! It’s the perfect taste and texture, perfect density, it’s just perfect. I tried the regular sauce mixed with bbq and mango habanero sauces on one pizza, it was even better than I hoped for. It was therapeutic, it took it me to heaven. Best tasting mango habanero sauce you can get anywhere for sure.
I also learned at my last visit that this place is under new ownership. I wish you luck! Keep your employees happy, don’t sellout to private equity like the other dying restaurants, keep the sauce-mixing option available to really stand out for that particular niche, and this shop will stay at the top. I really believe it.

We ordered for the first time today & enjoyed it very much. Wife got the big Italian pizza & I got the Hawaiian….. absolutely delicious. Crust on the big Italian was thin & crispy with crispy pepperoni, the Hawaii had a thick classic crust that was fluffy and soft! We will definitely be ordering again.

I will preface this review by saying that we have probably ordered from here 8-9 times over the past year or two. It’s not our favorite place, but its the closest/most convenient. Generally speaking, the pizza has been OK. Not great, but better than having to cook it yourself. Having said that, we ordered 2 large pizzas this past Friday around 4:55pm. It arrived fairly quickly, I think around 5:30ish. However as we all grabbed a slice, my daughter noticed this black stuff in her crust. I told her it was probably just a piece of spinach or something, however after further inspection we discovered the black goo was present all throughout the crust, almost marbleized with it…and it definitely wasn’t spinach. I dont know what it was, but it clearly should not have been there. Look at the photos and judge for yourself what it might have been. Regardless, we called Vocelli’s and told them about the issue. They apologized and said they’d remake the order and have it out to us in 30-45 minutes…although none of us were even sure we’d feel safe eating the replacements, I said that was fine. 2 hours later, and still no pizzas, we called to request a refund. They said the replacements had already been made and would be delivered to us shortly, declining to refund our order. We waited another 2 hours, before finally realizing that they clearly weren’t going to deliver us any replacements. We called again, around 9:30pm, and they refunded us the order amount. On one hand, thank you for refunding our order. On the other hand, after being served pizza with “black goo” marbled inside the crust (you literally had to peel the crust apart to see it – kinda scary!), we wasted an entire Friday night waiting for replacement pizzas that never came. I am not one to leave negative reviews, but this is actually the 2nd time that hey have “no showed” on us – one of the first times we ordered delivery from them they never showed up – even after several calls confirming that our order was “in the works”. Also, since I still have no clue what this stuff was inside the crust, quite honestly it seems like a health hazard…and I feel like yall should know what you might be getting in your pizza before ordering here. Sorry Vocelli’s, I’m hoping this is a learning experience for you, and things improve because I always root for small businesses…but we won’t be ordering here again. Im going to give you 2 stars, rather than 1, seeing as you did serve us “decent” food a few of the other times we ordered from you, but the negative experiences have definitely overtaken the good.

I ordered a large deluxe pizza from this location, with garlic bites. The food arrived on time and hot, cheeses still melted. The ingredients were pretty good. I liked the crust. Worth a call if you’re hungry. Even better yet, they deliver without making you pay a third party a big delivery charge. The driver was prompt, and friendly.

Carmel Ice-cream missing. Ordered diet tea but got starry soda. Then I call them and tell them and they bring me vanilla ice cream with the wrong drink again. What gets me, he told me they were out of diet and I asked to refund the drink and instead they send sugar tea anyway. They dont follow directions at all! Lost me as a customer.

This pizza place hands down has the best vegetarian pizza. Loaded with toppings and absolutely delicious. It’s always fresh and hot. Their rolls are so good, too. My favorite is the Spinach and mushrooms.

They would not apply advertised discount on pizza order said I had to go online even though I have been a repeat customer for several years. You will get no customer loyalty form this group. This how businesses lose customers. I will not be back!

I had to change my review. This store use to be ran by women, only women worked here. Never had a issue with quality or service. My last visit only had very young men working. I only go out of my way to pick up food on a rare occasion. Typically when we both have a long work day, this one was 12 hours. I got home to realize they got the order wrong and it was completely inedible. I won’t return until they get the women back.

Terrible customer services. I order two pizza online. The website froze then added my order twice. I wanted two pizza and they charged me for three. I called to let the store know my order was charged twice. The person had no idea how to look up my order and told me she needed to talk to a manager and would call me back, and hung up on me. She calls me back and says she found the order and I had to explain to her again i was charged twice. She then tells me the pizza is done and there is nothing she can do about it. She suggested the next time I call in the order instead of ordering it online because the website fails sometimes. She then says sorry there is nothing I can do, and hangs up on me again. Please get some qualified people who know how to look up orders. I am sure I am not the only person who has experience this problem when ordering online. Instead of her trying to fix the situation, she basically says there is nothing she can do it about. How about try and reverse the charges? I dont give a damm if the pizza was done or not. I called to cancel the mistaken order well before the pizza was done, its not my fault she is was so incompetent on how to look up and order. Do a better job of training these people!!!!
