Not sure why there are so many 1 stars, we love this place! Been ordering for about a year. More often lately cause theyre always consistent! Cannot beat the tuesday and late night deals. Everytime I call theyre quick and friendly. Whether its pick up or delivery its hot and fresh. Toppings are evenly placed which is extra points in my book. If theyre going through a change in management or ownership have some grace people! As a restaurant family ourselves we know what its like, it can be hard and I promise they care more than you think! We will always continue ordering even if theres a mess up here and there. People are human, I think others forget that… thanks for always being great Voccelli Pasadena!

Ordered a pizza on Halloween night for delivery, fully understanding it was going to be a wait. However, after two hours without hearing anything, I called to check up on where my order was. I was told that they weren’t doing delivery that night, and was asked if I would like a refund.
I understand being busy, but not contacting me to let me know that my order wasn’t coming, then telling me “you can come in and work if you want” when I said it was kind of wild they didn’t tell me is very disappointing as we do really like the pizza from this place.

I got a custom pizza and stromboli from this place. Probably one of the most delicious pizzas I’ve had. Something about their sauce… Or maybe it’s the pepperoni. It’s not like everyone else’s pepperoni, this is just…. Better.
The stromboli didn’t have much sauce to it, and at first I thought this would be bad, but that meant it didn’t leake and make a big mess!! Touche store, Pretty smart move! The marinara cup was a little on the small side, it made me wish I had a spoonful more for that final bite of stromboli, but it was good. Marinara sauce recipe is top notch.

This used to be our spot for weekly pizza. Quality has been slipping over the last 3 or 4 months. Typically the pizza and strom bolis are really good. HOWEVER, we ordered 1 pizza on a Thursday evening and went to pick it up after waiting the 20 original minutes. They told us it wasn’t ready and it would be another 15. We went back in 3 more times and each time it was 15 more min. Over an hour for 1 pizza. They were not slammed and it seemed a relatively slow night. Womp womp we’ll get pizza elsewhere.
