Very disappointed on the food and service!
I ordered a flatbread sandwich and the bread was a floor tortilla. So dang thin it was unbelievable. The quality has changed! . They only had 1/2 of the toppings available. As I was making my selections every time I asked for something the gentleman rolled his eyes at me! The food had no flavor even with a sauce added! I will no longer go there and pay that price for poor quality food!

Every time I have coupons or there is an online offer, this location never participates. The same person must own others in the area, because they don’t either. I have to drive an extra 30 minutes down the interstate if I ever want subs.

Subs are good but they do skimp on things especially the meat on the sub. I just order extra meat that way I can say something if I think I am being skimped. Just letting them know you know can fix that problem. I wrote this because I saw a few complaints on here and that was my main complaint as well. Service and atmosphere are good.

So, this is why I left only 2 stars. I had went there planning on using a coupon. The sign on the door said, “Do not take coupons since February 2022”.
We’ve always used coupons at other Subways. Why not this one? They shouldn’t be allowed to put their coupons on the flyers that come in the mail if they won’t honor them. As far as I’m concerned, that’s false advertising. I’m not going to use the Subway in Fort Payne because of this. Please let your friends know that they don’t take their own coupons.

It’s always a weird vibe when you go in they never have good tomatoes or lettuce, and I feel like the staff could be friendlier. They always seem to be upset.but it is always clean and well stocked

This place is disgusting. The people that work there are rude and nasty. Girl kept sneezing and didn’t change her gloves . One of them had a nasty sore on her nose that seemed to be bleeding. While one of the sandwiches was being made she put what she wanted on it mayo was dripping off the sandwich. When I went to pay I asked to make it a meal I was treated like I was stupid. I told them I didn’t want their food and proceeded to leave when the girl at the register threw the chips at me. This place doesn’t even deserve a star for a rating. Over priced food with rude nasty people working there. Place needs to be shut down.
