Manager from crofton location recommended me to stop by this shop as i am living near by here so i tried their food and it was delicious and tasty. My kids like their cheese pizza it was so delicious and well cooked

I have driven by this place so many times. Finally had the opportunity to try them and it was delicious. Tanya was at the window. She was super pleasant and even told us about a code to get a discount on our meal. The pizza was yummy and they have the tiny pepperonis that curl upward. They are my favorite and it is extremely rare to find a pizza shop that uses them. We even tried the bacon cheddar rolls. Tasted freshly made, not frozen.

This is the best pizza store in town with amazing customer service! The lady taking my order noticed I had a fractured leg and kindly offered that I could wait for my pizza in my car. She even brought the pizza outside to me . such a thoughtful .The pizza itself was delicious. excellent service. Highly recommended!

I absolutely love this location! Despite the Pasadena location being closer to us, we drive to this location because their customer service is top tier during the week and on the weekends.
I ordered pizza, wings and cinnamon rolls earlier this week. They were so good that We decided to get pizza and wings again this Friday(we still had cinnamon rolls left over).
Knowing that Fridays are busy days for pizza places, I expected the service and food to not be as good but I was wrong. I did have to wait a little while on hold when placing my order, but the staff was really friendly on the phone and when I arrived early to picked up my carryout order, it wasn’t ready but two minutes later they brought the pizza out to my car – Which was very nice and not required.
More than just one staff member is friendly and welcoming. Despite being visually busy they still remained polite and helpful. We will definitely continue to order from this location.
The Pasadena location could definitely learn from this location. I would write a review detailing my experience but when someone I know wrote one there was extreme retaliatory backlash to say the least…

DONT ORDER HERE!! I placed an online order and it took them over an 1 1/2 hours to bring my food. I tried calling the restaurant 9 times and no one picked up. The food came cold, dry and the wings where tiny for the price they charge. We ended up cooking dinner ourselfs. What a waste of $50. The delivery driver was even shocked when I told him, but he was friendly and new and it wasn’t his fault. This was my first and last time eating here.

Visiting from North Carolina and craving a really good pizza. I did not want a chain pizza store. Vocelli pizza exceeded my expectations. Best pizza I had in many years. Next time visiting I will definitely get another pizza. Thank Vocellies!!!

We usually order pizza and always have good experience…. until tonight. We ordered chicken fettuccine Alfredo , side salad and wings. The wings were so ridiculously oily. The fettuccine was burnt in the dish and dry. The garlic bread was barely cooked and soaked in butter. Again, normally we only order pizza and it’s always good. If this had been my first experience it would have been my last. Now we know to stick to pizza.
FYI- we called tonight to use the credit and the young lady couldn’t find it. She apologized multiple times and then manager Alex got on phone and my husband explained situation. Alex immediately took care of us and apologized for original issue and for the confusion tonight. I am updating my review to 5 stars because of this. Again, we never had issues previously ( always order pizza) .
THANK YOU for responding and resolving issue . And Thank you to Alex for taking care of us today.

We ordered tonight and have usually loved Vocelli’s. It’s been our go to for years. My husband ordered tonight and not only was the pizza order absolutely wrong (ordered pepperoni and bacon), but it looked like someone had taken actual bite marks out of it. Manager Nick, Nicky, or Micky (connection was bad) was rude and dismissive. Tonight was downright awful and disgusting.
